My wife and I went here and purchased 4 brand new tires and had them installed and balanced on her Honda. They were super quick and even helped us pick out tires in our budget range. While they don't do alignments, they do have a partnership with a nearby place that does do alignments at a discounted price if you purchase tires with them. They were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be going back here to get new tires for my car.

Called ahead of time and made an appointment. Got there and waited. 1/2 hour later no one had touched my vehicle yet. What is the value to having an appointment if you have way over-scheduled the day? So what good is free tire rotation if you make it so hard to use it. If I go somewhere else to rotate tires I'll probably buy my tires there as well right? Not really helpful. You'll do all the business you can handle.

I always come here for the free air service. I finally pulled the trigger on this upgrade for my Tesla Model Y. I called this Discount Tire and the rest is history. They ordered the tires overnight. I could not feel any happier with the speed and quality of service. Perfect installation at an unbeatable price. The team was thorough and friendly. I felt trusting and comfortable. They took care of every small detail. I’m so happy with the result!!Big shoutout to Dustin!!! He was the best!

These guys are just out there trying to sell you only no customer service or they only nice to you when you’re buying all 4 tires or spending hundred of dollars ! But if you just need a patch or flat fixed they’ll tell you oh it’s not fixable , you just have to buy a tire when literally my tire is good ! Went to a regular shop next door and got it done for $10 dollars ! So yeah just fancy for nothing ! Oh well not going there no more !

My son n I went to get air (cold weather) they inspect your tires for you @ the same time. They found a nail in his tire n was leaking ? He had to be a school in 30min. They promptly put his car in a bay... fixed it for him in 15min. No cost n on time for school! Thank you Damanion n discount!!

Discount Tire has never let me down. I’ve been to locations all over the state for the last 20 years and their service consistency is undeniable. I walked into this location in no mood to make a tire purchase. Dustin, the attendant helping me, must have read that on my face. He quickly and efficiently processed my truck, gave me a great deal and got me out of the door in under hour at the end of the day. I do and will always recommend DT to anyone needing tires.

8.24.23 air check. Not sure if would return to this Discount tires. All I needed was a free air check. I waited and waited for one of the guys to come out to check my tires and after almost 16 minutes some guy finally comes out. He was nice but - what took so long?!As I waited I watched several guys in the tire bays just standing around and they looked over at the me and the 3 other people who were waiting for air checks but never bother to come out my way. I even tried calling them on the phone after waiting 13 minutes but they did not even answer the PHONE! I get it, no one wants to give free air checks - but you offer it so you should know this is part of your J O B.

The wait times may be long but their service is top notch. Ryan has always provided great customer service each time I've been here. I've got both sets of tires for both of my vehicles from here. They price matched Amazon with ease and were quick to get me back on the road. Highly recommend this location!

Service writer, Ethan, immediately came to my assistance, provided the needed info, ordered a much needed 2nd and the tire was soon replaced ... ZERO BS or high pressure, just quick PROFESSIONAL smooth service. - This is my new family & friend's tire shop! Great mgr on duty as well!

They were honest with me when they discovered that one of my wheels was out of round enough that they recommended a wheel repair.The news made me grumpy, but I certainly appreciate the honesty. Won't be mounting the wheels until I get them repaired but we are on-track to doing it right.Well done, guys. Y'all work VERY quickly too.

I recently got new tires from Discount Tires and overall, I had a positive experience. The service was good and the new tires were installed properly. However, I specifically requested that the tires be manufactured this year and was told that they were. Unfortunately, after the tires were installed, I noticed that they were actually manufactured the previous year. This was a disappointing and I wish that the staff had been more transparent about the manufacturing date.

This place has great customer service. A location in Dallas lost a hubcap for one of my wheels which I did not realize until I was back in Houston. People from this location were very helpful in getting the Dallas location to order the hubcap and have it sent here for installation.
