Quick and easy. Had my tires rotated and balanced. I walked in and was greeted. They asked for some information. I made a reservation online. They gave me a time-line of when my car would be finished. It was done before time

Anje as efficient and friendly today when I had a screw in my tire. I’ll tell you what there’s nobody better than discount tires. I’ve been getting my tires there for years. My whole family has been getting our tires here for years.

I ordered my tires online so that there was no wait time. Alexis called me twice during the week to let me know if I wanted to come in sooner that I could. Once I got there, I received immediate attention, and Alexis took my car and pulled it right into the bay. They were very quick in to action. My car was done in around 30 minutes for all 4 tires. I watched the tech the whole time and there was zero goofing off. The staff here are clearly very good at what they do. I'm happy with their service, and will certainly be back in the future when needed. Thanks.

This store have the most rude people I can’t believe it I bought tire for my fleets for 30 years I never seen such a bad treatment from discount tire the owner should wake up. You loosing what you built.

Had a flat tire and went in there at 5pm on a weekday and was all done by 5:30. I honestly never used the company before but my husband put new tires in last year and had warranties. When I had low pressure on my tire nearby this location, I think his name was Fred helped me. It was quick and easy and it turned out a patch wouldn't work ao they gave me a new tire and rebalanced it very quickly as I just got to the coffee shop nearby and got my order when I got the call they were done. Very happy with how it all worked out.

Don’t come in with the expectations of being out in a timely manner if you’re bringing in a large commercial truck. I understand it may take longer than other vehicles. But I don’t like being lied too multiple times being told it’ll take 1.5 hours possibly a little longer and then it takes 3 hours. Bear in mind they let all the other customers get out before me that showed up after me until I said something. I don’t mind using uber and leaving my vehicle but I have a schedule to keep and don’t want to be mislead on timing. I could’ve left earlier during the duration and not wasted my time.

I had a nail in my tire, but my warranty covered it. The team was really courteous and took care of me. I appreciate good customer service when I get it and the service here was EXCELLENT!

Great service from the assistant manager Victor. I personally felt my tire change was not done in a timely manner. I was told it would take x amount of time and it took much longer then expected. If you plan on coming here just take that into consideration especially if you’re on a strict schedule.
