I came in Tuesday 5/2 and purchased my mom some tires for her car, they didnt have them instock so they ordered them and said they would be there Wednesday and would give my mom a call when they arrived. Wednesday comes and they give my mom a call at 8:40 to tell her the tires are there and ready. My Mom arrives and they inform her that she had a bubble on her current tires and its good thing she got new tires, and before they put the new tires on they looked at the DOT # on the tire (4 numbers, 1st two numbers let you know the week, 2nd 2 numbers let you know the yr it was made… average tire life is 3-5yrs) and saw it was a 6yr old tire. Most people would have just put the tire on and let her leave, but not BILL(with the glasses) he let her know and called me also to inform me of the situation, he said he would order my mom another set of tires from the warehouse and should be in by the same day, where he went above and beyond was he did let my mom leave with the tire that had a bubble on it bc its a hazard, he placed a used tired on for her temporarily, just so she could drive safely till the new tires came in…. Bill, thank you for looking out for a customer, but to me she is my world. You dont know what that little bit of honesty and kidness meant to us.. I know people are so quick to write negative things but dont show the same energy to when they reciprocate great customer service. So thank you bill, i hope your manager knows that he not only has a great employee but a person who generally cares!

Today was one of the most gut wrenching days of my life. I was on my way to an interview, when I had a flat tire. God is amazing! I had a flat tire, right in front of this Discount Tire. I went in the store this morning, but it was super busy and I was still trying to get to my interview. I left my car and walked. After my interview was finished, I made it back to the store. Morgan came to assist me with my car. He was so welcoming and understanding. He assisted me, as if I was his mother or his daughter. It felt good because my day was long and hard. He worked with me to get my car back on the road. Morgan, may God bless you for your patience and kindness! To the three men who put my tires back on, thank you! To the man who was dismissive and rude, when I asked to change my name in the system, I pray you never have a day like what I experienced. You were very rude and crass and all I asked for, was to update my name in the system. I would recommend this store and their staff to assist you!

I pulled up minutes before closing. They stayed late got the tire fixed. Definitely buying all of my tires in the future from discount tire. The team was friendly polite too. What great service!

Even though I don't live close to it anymore I still come to this discount tire. Mickey always provides top tier customer service, and today my technician was Ryan he helped me out with small issue quickly and efficiently and got me back on the road.

Had the worst experience at our local discount tire Willowbrook location.
This used to be the spot I trusted the most, but ever since Micky became the manager and a lot of new employees were hired and trained by him, it lost many people's respect.
I took my brand new car in to get a tire fixed and was very pressured to first buy their warranty before they tell me if my tire is good or not. I refused and then was told that the simple hole in my tire is not fixable. (Fixed it the next day at the tire shop on Grant rd. for $15)
When I drove out, they never gave me the keys. Instead, they placed it on my windshield as per Micky. I drove to the st. Lukes hospital to visit my grandma and when I tried to lock the car it said no keys detected. Unfortunately, they were closed at that time since it took them more than 2.5 hrs to tell me that they can't fix the tire and by the time i left the shop it was close to 7, and I was forced to find a locksmith to get another key, which cost me close to $400. The next day I called and spoke to the manager Micky and he said that they don't have the key but if I bring in my car they'll contact the dealership and provide them with the VIN number to get me new keys. I had another set of keys at home (since I got 2 keys when I purchased the vehicle), but I wanted the originals.
I went in the next day to get them to order the new keys and was told that I'll have to go to the dealership to get it programmed but first discount tire must get the approval because the keys cost more than $250 and per policy they have to get it approved.
The next day, I spoke to Micky, and he denied everything he had said to me (since it wasn't in writing) and told me that he'll get the insurance to investigate instead. I asked him why did he change his mind, and he said that supposedly he spoke to the dealership, and they said I was only issued 1 set of keys, and therefore, my story "isn't adding up."
I called the dealership and they said they never spoke to him and that in their record, it shows that I have 2 sets of keys. I called Micky and told him, but he started asking me if I'm calling him a liar. He then said he'll get the insurance to call me and hung up.
I'm going to have to hire a lawyer but wanted to warn everyone to be careful from such a liar that only cares about money and doesn't take responsibility for his mistakes.

I went here to get air in my tires after my tire pressure light came on. I pulled up to the designated entrance to wait for an employee and nobody came. I sat there for 20 minutes while all the employees in the garage just stood around talking to each other. Even when they would look my way, nobody helped. I tried to get someone's attention and they said someone would be right with me but that didn't happen. I ended up just leaving because it was clear they weren't going to help. This wasn't my first bad experience with them but it was my last as I won't be returning to this location again.
