It's very good store to do business with and I went to get a nail out of my tire. It's normally busy being a very busy store location. But the rain made it slowed business down at the time.

We went to purchase a new rim and William told us he could probably bend the rim back into place instead & fill the tire with air to see if it would hold. He said he would work his magic and text when the tire was ready. He took time to explain the process and helped us save money! He was very informative and all around nice guy. Thank you William for going above and beyond to take care of us today!

I went to buy 4 new tires, my two front tires were in good condition so I told them that I was going to bring them with me, but when they delivered the car to me the 4 new tires were missing a bolt.
and my two front tires magically disappeared, he was giving me other tires that weren't mine and there were no cameras, I think they are already used to doing this, but today they met someone they didn't think would notice,
finally a guy who works there give another tire that it’s was in good condition.( anyway they are not honest they don’t care about costumers, they are not professional )
To be honest, it's an anger having to go to a place to pay for a service and having to leave stressed about things like that.

Maybe I went on the wrong day due to the fact there are just so many great reviews but listen. I’d rather drive to another location. This is my third time here and every time I come it’s like lazy heaven. It’s one thing to be so busy that customers have to wait. It’s another to have lazy staff that are just making the wait longer! Scheduling an appointment does nothing when people just don’t want to work and makes your time spent as a customer substantially longer.

I bought 4 tires on ebay and brought here to install. These guys were not happy about it. They secretly put it 1 nail into the wall of 1 of the tires which is not repairable. Shame on these guys.
