Horrible experience today with the Manager Matt. I went in to get my tire patched and he was extremely rude because I didn't want to buy a set of brand new tires. I told him multiple times that I was not ready yet, and he just kept insisting that I must get all new tires today or what was I thinking to not! He asked me why not, why not, why not, why not like 5 times and then we went back and forth for several minutes, he kept telling me he that he didn't understand why I wouldn't want new tires and only a patch that just blows his mind! Also, he stated to me that he could have 4 guys quickly replace all 4 tires instead of waiting a few hours to only patch one. He stated that if I want the cheap ones, while frowning his face it would be $660 walk out price, but he recommends the $1,200 set of tires. Finally he told the other employee rudely to just put a note that I refused tires and walked away angrily without saying thank you or even a word to me!
MATT HAS BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED ANYWHERE! I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL DISCOUNT TIRE CUSTOMER WITH A SYNCHRONY DISCOUNT TIRE CARD UNTIL TODAY. NOW BECAUSE OF THE MANAGER MATT I WILL NEVER RETURN. HIS HARD CLOSE, RUDE TACTICS NEED TO BE CORRECTED. I EVEN WENT DOWN THE ROAD AND PAID CASH AT D&D TIRE SHOP OFF OF GESSNER ROAD AND BOUGHT 4 NEW TIRES RIGHT AFTER I LEFT! THEY VALUED MY BUSINESS AND WERE VERY FRIENDLY!!

Update, Discount Tire made everything right. I would give Matt the Manager 10 stars if I could. They replaced all my tires correctly and made a bad situation good! I would definitely recommend Discount Tire as a company, as well as Matt and Garrett, they care. As for Matt, he called me, was really polite and professional, went above & beyond to make sure I was not only taken care of, but highly satisfied! Thanks again, so much Discount Tire and Matt!

Management is running this place to the grown. Doesn’t know the meaning of this company anymore.. Seems like a toxic environment just by coming in. A rotten apple can ruin the whole barrel. Reminder that a team is only as good as its leader.

I bought a full set of tires from them less than a year ago, and brought my truck to them with a flat tire. They helped me replace my tire because it was damaged beyond repair. They replaced my tire on the stock wheel and even put my full size spare back under the bed for me! They provided honest service and got me back on the road as quickly as they could. I would go back for my tire needs without a hesitation.

I stop to check my air pressure on my tires
And check my tires sensor my ligth was on
They reset each one with some kind small computer and ligth turn off

The manager Garrett Arnoit is the most honest man. I've met in a long time! He actually heard my situation and fully took care of me and my family to he safe on the road. I will highly recommend this location Garrett and his team to service your vehicle.

This Discount Tire is nice. They are here for you and care about your tires. Very polite, courteous gentlemen, Luis took care of the family. We will definitely return to this location.
