Visited this location for the first time, Discount tire at that. Went for air and to get my tires checked. Edwin is the attendant that took care of me. Answered the questions I had since all this is new to me. Explained that I would be traveling and I just needed someone to have my best interest. He was very nice and thorough. Didn't get any tires today but hopefully I can be back soon. I appreciated just the customer service he provided and that he didn't make me feel like I was being a bother. I felt his opinion and advice was genuine. It's the smallest things that always have meant the most to me anytime I'm getting any type of help anywhere at that. Good employee to keep around. Thank you.

I've been a loyal customer of Discount Tire for over 30 years. The core of their business practices has changed dramatically over the recent years. Here's the story. In 2016, I purchased the "LIFETIME TIRE ROTATION AND BALANCE" for my 2yo car when the Discount Tire service rep sold it to me as "it's for the lifetime of the tire and you can have it rotated and balanced as many times as you'd like and as often as you like". I hardly drive it and it only has about 20k miles on it as of this year. And I keep very good care of this car. I made an appointment and took it in last year ('22) for rotation and balance (R&B) as it has not been done for over 5k miles. As usual, the Discount Tire sales rep went and checked my car tires when I first arrived and said he recommended I buy all new tires. I asked him why and he said it's because it has a few cracks on the side walls of the tires. I respectfully told him that these few minor cracks on the side walls does not warrant me needing to buy four new set of tires, especially when they still have a lot of tread left. Because he was unable to sell me four new tires, he then told me that my tires did not need to be R&B at this time. I insisted that he do the R&B, because that's what Discount Tire has advertised to its customers. He then said that they will only do it "if it needed to be done, but it was at their discretion" So, how do you go from telling me I need 4 new tires to telling me my current tires are fine and doesn't need rotation? False advertisement! I did not want to have a back-and-forth debate with this guy so I decided to try again another time and hopefully with another Discount Tire rep. So, in October of this year, I made another appointment and explained to the person on the phone that I want to make sure that, if I take in my vehicle, that they will R&B the tires and not refuse as before. The Discount Tire rep on the phone even reassured me that they will do it. When I brought the car in this time, the sales rep (name is Luis) went and looked at the tires, and said that they no longer R&B any tires that are 10 years or older. Note, the vehicle is 2014 therefore it's not even 10 years yet. So obviously, Luis doesn't know math. I nicely and patiently explained it to him that the tires are not 10 years old yet. Plus the agreement that we had when I purchased this R&B was for lifetime of the tires, not 10 year lifespan of the tire. I went as far as asking to speak to the manager. So here comes Robert (manager). We went through the same spew, and Robert would give me the same answer. I asked him why they would refuse to R&B my tires last year then? He said he doesn't know because he "was not there last year". I asked him to look up the records in their computer system regarding my visit last year. He said there was no records of my visit because "no service was actually rendered". Another tactic for businesses to cover up corrupt/fraudulent practices. Robert confirmed that the 10 year limit on R&B was only implemented within the last couple of years or so. So I asked him if he thinks that this was fair and righteous to sell a lifetime policy to customers in 2016 and, to turn around and not honor it by changing their lifetime policy to 10 years. His response? "I don't know. I just work here." So I tried to reason that this unethical practice by Discount Tire was only an isolated event involving this one particular shop. So, this is where things starts to get interesting. A month later, a friend of mine (who did not know anything about my incidences with Discount Tire) contacted me and told me how upset he was because Discount Tire had tried to tell him his tires were over 10 years old (it was only 3 years old) and said he needed to get new tires. When he refused to buy the new tires, they then said he didn't need to rotate his tires and refused to do it. Note, these tires of his was purchased from Discount Tire. Pl

I recently visited Discount Tire for tire service, and I was thoroughly impressed. The quality of service I received exceeded my expectations. The staff was efficient, and they promptly addressed the specific service I requested. Moreover, the value for the service provided was exceptional. I appreciate Discount Tire's commitment to delivering both quality and value to their customers.

Wow - a Trustworthy Car Place! I had such a great experience here today with Luis! I had bought 4 new tires online from Discount Tire and scheduled my appointment to have them put on at this location. Scheduling was super easy (online) and offered many options! They confirmed many times and I was greeted outside by Luis, who recognized my car! He was super friendly and helpful. I added new wiper blades (front and rear). Luis told me it was going to take only 45 minutes. I thought “yeah, sure” but I was so pleasantly surprised that they were able to actually change out 4 old tires for 4 new ones and change my blades in that time! Wow! This is what I call great customer service! I will only get my tires at Discount Tires: their prices were as good as or better than what I found online (I shop!); they had a huge selection; and the service was excellent! Luis, you did indeed go above and beyond and deserve this 5-star review! Thanks so much!!

Absolutely the best service a tire place could give. Jorge was awesome and did the best job we could have asked for us and our rounded off lug nut. He gave us free water bottles while I drilled out the stud so they could change my tire. They worked over and above to help us and even let us stay until late trying to get the tire fixed. Thank you.

This is a great store.Everytime I call George is always friendly, happy and very helpful. Everyone is so kind and I have never been to a tire shop where it seems like everyone loves their job. I'm here now getting a tire replaced and thought I'd post a nice review about these guys.

Fast friendly service. I had a flat tire, and needed all new tires anyways so I stopped in to get some service. The team there always kept me up to date on what's happening to my car, from the time they pulled it into the service bay to the moment it gets driven back up front for pick up. I've been a discount tire customer for close to 2 decades now, and always leave happy. Luis and the crew will get you squared away with all your tire and wheel needs.

There is a reason I always get tires at Discount tire. Customer service! Buy in store the set i just replaced, or like this time. shop online pick up in store. Same great customer service. Store staff found my tires in a local warehouse and called me to get them installed days earlier than online delivery and appointment. I was in and out quickly too because they had the tires already on hand.

I shared my screwed tire on my social media. Everyone recommended Discount Tire because the repair is free and they got cheaper tires. Because it's right down the road from my house, I walked in without an appointment. The store was small and little warmer than I was used to. I got in on a line. When the assistant manager finished with a customer before me, I told him about my situation. He grabbed a nail cutter and a bottle of soapy water. He quickly diagnosed with a touch of squirt. "See? It bubbles... it's leaking air." Because the screw was too close to the edge of tire, the patch won't hold. Same analogy from Firestone. Ok. Cha-Ching to them. Frowning wallet to me. We walked inside and he started to gather information about what kind of tires he can sell me. In my mind, I was scared to buy such large purchase under pressure. Yeah. The tire might pop while I'm driving on a freeway. It happened to me before. He gave me some pretty good idea what to expect. Instead of print out the quotes, he asked me to take pictures from the monitor facing me. Fine. You want to be green. It's fine with me. He said the quote was good for 5 days. I had time to think about it. We'll see. I need to do some research first.

I always come into this location because it is right by my office. Almost every time I've been there, James has helped me out. He is great at letting you know what is going on and his great customer service is just a plus. My tire was flat and he was able to get my car in and out and fix it for me since he knew I came in on my lunch. He is simply the best! The assistant manager was also very good with assisting me at the front and making sure everything was taken care of. Best customer service by far!
