Even though they were so busy Matt differently got me out in a timely manner and fixed the issues I was having . I want to also say that the technician are amazing and be mindful and tip them because I definitely appreciate great service

Got a nail in my tire and needed it fix, called beforehand and they answered all my questions. Got there and they asked me more questions and told me I can come back and only took about an hour for them to fix. Very happy with their customer service!

I was told 30-45 minutes on my tire rotation. Turned out to be 3 1/2 hours later only to find out that they only rotated one side. This location has gone downhill in the past few years. Won't go back.

7 am. On Saturday and we are on the way to the beach. Tire starts losing air. a tire was going flat
I thought the kids in the cul-de-sac were messing with cars.... so I drive to a discount tire off I 10, and if I could ha e had theme music, it would have been Ice Cube. Today was a good day. No line sunny day the air is always free at discount tire however I always tip. I saw a guy torque on some tires and asked how much to get the torque done. Nothing what?? So they immediately show up over at my truck and manually do all four tires . NOW we found the culprit for the leaking tire..a screw. So I asked how much to patch the tire and take the nail out. The young guy said nothing. I said whaaaaa? So I ponder, then I go inside and deal with Matt!! Nice guy, cool guy. He's not a fan of dachshunds, but he's very good at his job. Lol. He set me an appointment, and he lived up to the time frame. I was impressed. I waited, and my attention was taken away from my truck to this charger in the next bay. With the precision of an indy pit crew this team of skilled employees took off the old tires opened up boxes put low pros on all new rims balanced and put all four tires and new rims back on the car communicating it was fun to watch. If you in the East need to tire air information or are just experiencing great customer service, visit this discount tire. The tires may be discounted, but the customer service was top tier that day. Juan took care of my truck well and in an extremely timely manner. Thats all within an hour. Of corse I tipped big enough and will come back. When I am ready to buy.

Took my friend's car in today because it had a slow leak and the tire was under warranty. the staff at this particular store was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I've never been to a discount tires before.Are they always this nice?

Great service on my tires when they are not in a rush. Great customer service service. A few months ago I had to my suv crossover three times because two young men did a rush job on my tires which could have caused me to crash my vehicle. Someone needs to remind all employees there that the work they do could save a life or take a life. Thereby, a costly lawsuit would ensue. Speedy, bad service is worse than to wait for accountability and accurate service. This review is for the Jones rd location, 77065.

ive been here for 2 hours!!! they took my car into a bay an hour ago. i got my invoice sent to email 45 minutes ago & STILL i have yet to get my car! why?! ive watched several cars go in and out of the first bay but my car is taking forever! according to the invoice all it needed was a repair. i dont get it. the location nearer my house never takes this long. update: i finally went and asked when the car would be ready. it was just sitting there ready to go & no one bothered to let me know.
