They are fast and polite, but hardly honest. They claim the plug is on the sidewall and I put the plug in a little over an inch directly in the tread myself. The car has 17k original miles and I need new tires? Thanks but I'll not be back.

I came to this location because while driving over the median I got 2 nails In my back tires. I spoke with a man named Michael, he taught me about a tire and why you should be vigilant when purchasing a replacement. I then came in the store to get the services that Michael recommended. The entire staff was friendly and the service was so quick! I am single mom and while waiting for the services I drove back home picked up my son and brought him to discount tire. I asked Michael to show him what he showed me and he did! This is the type of people I want to be in business with because you're not just after my money you are actually educating your community and as a bonus providing a. Service. Thank you. I wish I could do more than leave this review you all are awesome!

I was there for a tire rotation and balancing. Was in and out within 40 minutes and that too at noon…. They are very courteous, the front desk staff and jorge. Did the rotation and balancing well and even checked my spare tire air pressure. Highly recommend this store compared to the one on Buffalo Speedway store.

I have to dealt with discount tires for years the location on Stella Link, in Houston Texas. They drive the customers cars really fast. They have horrible attitude. They’re horse playing we can simply ask them a question or to get a price on tires. That attitude are simply horrible. There are several other companies that sell the same exact thing that discount does. This will be my last visit with this company you hire people that represent your company in this manner, I sure don’t want to be a customer ever again the videos of the horse playing and driving customers cars recklessly has been recorded by several different customers

I have dealt with discount tire for over 25 years at the store that is located on 9402 Stella Link Rd. in Houston Texas. The manager is very rude. I had an issue with an employee that did not give me the correct information I came back to try and rectify the problem. The manager was OK with it. I came in the next day, stood in line. He didn’t even acknowledge that. I was standing there. He took another customer in front of me. I remained calm three or four other gentlemen asked me had been helped I remain calm stood there. He walked past me five or six times didn’t speak didn’t acknowledge me when it was not my fault that his employee made a mistake the day before I will never deal with discount tire the company as a whole again in my life, he’s always rude to me what is very pleasant with other customers when I’m always very pleasant with him the company should feel embarrassed that they have a manager representing them this way I still purchased the two tires as I told him I would do this place needs some more training on their customer service skills
