I brought in a car I had recently purchased when the low tire warning light came on. John assisted me immediately upon my entrance. Even though I was a little early for my appointment, he took me in right away. He checked all the tires and found that two needed replacing because the tread was low and two more were close to the same fate.
I told John who I had purchased the car from a few days before. He found their contact information and got in touch with my sales person to report his findings. The dealer agreed to pay for the two tires in need of replacing, and I bought the other two.
I was so impressed with John’s knowledge and level of customer service. He worked to get me fairly taken care of with the dealership. I don’t know many people who would go out of their way to assist in that manner these days.
The rest of the staff were very efficient and communicative. When it was all said and done I had 4 new tires for the price of 2, and was in and out of there in under 35 minutes. I’ve always been a fan of Discount Tire, but this experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you John!

These guys know what customer service is supposed to be! I bought a new set of tires and was persuaded to buy the warranty -- and I'm glad I did. Within one month I had a flat and they replaced it. After hitting something that shouldn't have been in the road but was unavoidable, I had a second flat to months later, and it was replaced! I bought the warranty on each of the new tires too! Even better, go in once a month or before a long trio for their FREE tire check up and drive with confidence and proper inflation -- no more paying for air at those sketchy machines at gas stations! The crew at Discount Tire is quick, knowledgeable, and all about getting you what you want, not trying to sell you more than you want or need.

Had problem with one of their stores called customer service three times. The regional manager will call you(1st call),the regional manager will call you within two business days (2nd call) ...10 days later the (3rd call)
They will contact the regional now to get intouch with me 5 hours later still nothing. Call store to get the regional manager phone number would not give it to me just said he will call me today. Sounds like (the check is in the mail)
Well I don't think I will be calling me anytime soon so let tell my story. Granted I did read some of the other reviews but this story is my experience. I bought a used car a year and I haft ago drove it for the first year notice my tires looked worn. Took it to the discount tire (2990 s loop w) for new tires. Got them put on (600 and some dollars)and ask if any tires (old one) had any unusual ware the guy who turned my car over to me that I had unusual ware on one tire in the rear. OK being a used car I thought I might need some front in parts (remember that no unusual ware except 1 rear tire) still thinking I need front end parts Took it two months later to get a balance and rotation and to make sure tire pressure is right. When I get my car back asked again any unusual ware on any of the tires. I was was told no again but I did notice my tire pressure on side was 5 psi higher on one side. No problem I corrected that, then two months later I take it back for another balance and rotation the outer edges of my two front tires are worn down significantly and one of my rear. I should replace them I agree (another 400 dollars) since they are tire specialists not front end specialists. I took my car for alignment figured the alignment guy would tell me everything I needed. Guss what I needed nothing. Question are these guys not trained about tires or are they running a scam?

I pulled out a building 1 block from this business to discover that my car had a flat tire. My husband normally handle this issue but could not get to me. I was so upset that I had to deal with this issue. Upon exiting my car, I was met in the parking lot by Saul Terrenos. He asked me questions and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. He and another employee immediately looked at my car. The customer service was superior and they eased my anxiety. I have been a customer of Discount Tire for over 25 years and this is the best customer service I ever received. It ended up being a pleasant experience and I want to express my appreciation to this staff.

The technician Angel who was checking air in tires on a Wednesday had amazing service! He educated me on my tires and what I should do about them. He is very well versed and knowledgeable about all of the services and deals that the store offers and had such a positive attitude. He deserves a promotion!

2/21/2024: Made an appointment and showed up
45 minutes before but this store would not attend me till the appointment time. They were okay to attend to walkins after me but make me wait till the appointment time. Called the neighboring store on 610 and stepla link and they got me checked in immediately. Do not make appointment here. Infact use the different store.
The store on stella link and 610 is a lot better and sooner service. Use that store instead.
