After shopping around for a tire, I couldn't find it anywhere. I called this place, and although they didn't have it in stock, they ordered it for me, and it arrived the next day. Billy helped me throughout the entire process. He called me the next day to set up the appointment. The whole process was incredibly smooth, and I am super thankful for the excellent service. Shoutout to Billy, that guy deserves a bonus or promotion even :D

They broke one of my wheel stud and replaced it, but they used a different lug nut from the other three on the same wheel. The person I talked to didn’t seem to know that even small differences in lug nut weight can affect the wheel’s balance over time. This can cause vibrations, uneven tire wear, and handling problems over time. He also refused to put the same type of lug nuts.

CHECK YOUR HUBCAPS!
Discount Tire installs quality tires at a fair price, but why do my hubcaps keep falling off? Last time I was in, a hubcap fell off before I left the parking lot. This time I got home and was missing one hubcap, and there was a hammer hole in the other where someone used a hammer--not a mallet--to try to mount the hubcap on the rim. Hubcaps may not be their specialty, but someone needs to teach these guys a few basics: you can adjust the wire frame if needed, and secure it with a soft mallet, tapping all the way around. It's part of the job.

Got 2 tires replaced today. While there I had them do my windshield wipers and it's clear that they ran the wipers, maybe on accident, while there were no blades attached. There is a giant rainbow shaped scratch left on my windshield from this and now I have to stare at it while I drive. My entire windshield is permanently scratched for a simple windshield wiper replacement and instead of owning up to it they just sent me on my way. I noticed it as soon as I pulled out the drive way of the place so I know they witnessed or noticed it too. Also it took 1.5 hours for 2 tires and a scratched windshield which was 25 min longer than the quoted time

I’m not even sure where to start but Billy is simply amazing! This is my second time coincidently getting assistance with my car from him and he goes above and beyond every time! His professionalism and problem solving is unmatched!! Discount tire is lucky to have such a hardworking professional as part of the team. I will trust his expertise/suggestion on my car every single time!
