They told me to come by so they can diagnose a winch issue.Charged me $70, said they didn't have part.I replaced solenoid they said was bad.Winch still don't work and they won't look again or offer a refund.

Got there to get my car check to give me a quote for a hitch after they told me the phone they could do it without appointment. I waited 2 hours in their lobby for them to come tell me they didn't even have a chance to look a it.

I went there to fix my trailer electric problem they did not find nothing wrong they did not charge me for diagnostic! They told me they did not do nothing! Other store close to here asking for diagnostic 375$ cash this is store only 65$ thank you!
