They deserve 0 stars. This is by far the most bias drug screen facility I’ve ever used. Rude medical assistants and no real management what so ever. I rather wait 2 hours at a Concentra than visit a none organized place like this again.

Waited over an hour for a drug screen. When it was my turn they tried to close saying they had an emergency. The one person who was working was clearly overworked and had her hands full doing multiple things at once. They need to hire more staff.

Now that I've gotten my new job and results back I needed to come write a review about this place. First I should have just gone to a Lab Corp or something that was my first mistake. This place was close to my current job that's why I picked it. First time I showed up I called early to confirm the closing time because COVID and all. They told me 5 when o show up at like 4:15 it's closed? I call the number on the door just to be told they close at 3:30? Than when I asked for the managers info all of a sudden they closed at 4:00. I got in contact with the manager and she confirmed they closed at 4 and that she was not in town. She was very nice but obviously the time situation was super frustrating because I left work early to do this. I had to end up coming back because to change the location I had to call the new employer and it was kind of a long process so I just sucked it up. I came by during lunch, came in no one was at the window, and no one greeted me. Finally someone came out and asked what I was there for and I told her. I went to the back and started the process. I've done a pre employment drug test before and this place was weird. First there was no privacy we went into a lab area where next to me was another guy that was doing a drug test and we could hear each others info. Like why don't y'all have rooms?? Or take 1 person at a time? I put my things away take my cup and use the bathroom. I come out and give them my cup the lady then starts saying there was stuff in my sample. I was like umm no and she was like "well what's this" pointing at my pee y'all! and I felt so awkward because AGAIN there was another person in the room! So your accusing me of tampering with my drug test not even in private. So she asks the other person in the room to look at the sample. So now both of them are looking at my sample and the other girl tells her that's normal so she finally puts it in another cup that I guess actually does the test. I was soo livid and embarrassed when I left. I didn't write this earlier because obviously I was waiting on my results and I don't want my review to somehow impact my results. Then I completely forgot until I saw it in my drafts. I would recommend management consider clients privacy and the staffs customer service skills. I will never come here for anything and will never recommend it to anyone.

Courteous staff and pleasant experience for employment testing. Staff provided every opportunity to provide sample.
