All staff at the River Oak Dior store are friendly. There are a lot of items, and it's nice to have Korean staff.

This Dior location handled my shopping for a wedding band great. I had multiple appointments and even a ring shipped in to try. Each step of the way Savanah was responsive. Employees even recognized us on each visit, which was a nice touch.

Vincent is fabulous! Helped me when corporate never returned my call or my request for an appointment. Vincent helped me exchange my coat and with the purchase of my shoes. Will definitely ONLY work with him from now on.

I've shopped in store here a few times. I love that it's a straight line from valet to Dior. It makes shopping much easier. My first time ordering in store I was greeted and given champagne by a make SA. I was shopping for new heels and decided on the classic black sling backs. My second time I received an email about the Rani Pink collection for this past summer and was in love with the vibrant pink! I saw sandals and a sarong that I wanted. I scheduled my in person appointment which I regretted. Once I came into the store I was greeted. Jasmine brought out a light pink sarong and matching sandals. This was not the Rani Pink new collection. I was so exited I didn't realize until I went home and checked online. The next day I rescheduled an appointment online and Farrah was able to help get me the right set. I love the Rani pink sarong and sandals so much. The perfect color for summer! I just find it weird I specifically set an appointment for two items and then she brings out the wrong one. Which ended up being more hmmm interesting.

Poor customer service, limited selection of products. Had to wait outside for 10 mins on a Tuesday afternoon in this hot miserable houston heat when there were only 4 customers inside….the store associate was not pleasant to deal with. She seemed almost bothered to help answer our questions or even help assist us with products we were looking for. Too much attitude for someone just working as a sales associate. Will just end up buying what I want online instead.

Very rude customer service, the time I enter the store, I have been spying by few employees , I met a black tall guy SA, when I was take a look of the bags, this employee shouting at me and claims me that I mass all the bags in the location, and ask m me do not to touch bags, only he can wearing gloves to touch the bag. That’s hilarious. Dallas location SA very polite and friendly, poorly management at Houston location!
