For a department store with nice womens clothing, this is still a good place. Went there on a weekday night and it was practically a ghost town but it was clean and lots of options. I was surprised they did not have more for prom but we could have missed it since there are 3 floors and literally no employees to ask. There was a great selection of bathing suits and shoes. Costume jewelry is just so junky and over priced though. Good makeup counters and mens clothing. Parking is so easy because its right outside and rarely full.

Just tried to return a dress that was a few days over their 30 day return policy. The sales manager on duty would not accept the return even with the tags attach and the exact same dress still in stock and at regular price. Will not be shopping at Dillards anytime soon.

I went to buy my nuna stroller and carseat (mixx next & pipa aire rx). I had spoke to her before heading to dillards just to see if they had the one i wanted. I got there and asked for her specifically. I was able to have a look at the carseat and stroller and able to carry the carseat. It was super lightweight!!! Then i was able to see the carseat on the stroller and i was in love. I then made my purchase and she was so kind. She has called for someone to help me take these two hugeee boxes to my car, from the 4th floor, to the parking garage. And no one came.. so she was so helpful and kind enough to actually help me (im 36 weeks pregnant) take these boxes and stuff them in my car. It was such a struggle to make them fit. So thankful for her. I wish i had cash on me to give her a cash tip. I felt so bad as they are not paid or obligated to do that for you. And it was so hot and humid !! Thank you once again Paola, im now officially ready to bring my baby home ??❤️
