Awful customer service with a tremendous deficiency in employees with awareness. Our family went in to get soccer shoes, 1 employee was attempting to help 6 different customers, so, you only saw them approximately every 10 minutes. We made 3 different choices of shoe and they didn’t have the proper size. Needless to say, after 35 minutes, we left and went to Soccer4All and got everything we needed in 15 minutes. Extremely Poor management or lack thereof. Would not recommend this store

The floor employee Tania was chitchat with a customer (who apparently know from outside work nothing related to showing products or any questions related ) . I waited 10 minutes while she can see I’m waiting by the end I went look for another employee who can help. He did guide me to same employee who finally done with her conversation and guess what she didn’t spend 30 secs to look for the item I asked for and she step out I truly thought maybe she went to get it from other where but no she just walked away.

Horrible experience. Me and my family were stalked around the store while we were looking at football equipment and then asked to leave because they thought we were stealing. We were simply just looking at equipment for my 10 year old brother. Will not be coming back.

Spent 45 minutes in this store and couldn’t get any assistance from anyone. The one person that tried to help was another section who wasn’t familiar with apparel and called someone for help. I waited in the area searching for my item over 20 minutes no one came to assist. I asked for a manager yet the individual acted as if he couldn’t find the manager. The cashier was nonchalant asked if I found everything okay and told her my experience and she had nothing to say and cleared the screen before I could leave my experience review at the register. I’m completely disgusted with this store and will never shop at this location again. If it wasn’t for the fact that I was shopping for someone else I wouldn’t have purchased anything…

Thank you Stuart for taking such good care of us, he helped us with our son pick out t-ball stuff. This is our first t-ball season and he went above and beyond helping us find everything on our checklist- even tossing the ball a bit to find out if he’s right handed or left handed! (He’s a little of both!) thanks so much.

The staff, the girls in the front are always rude. Couldn't make up our minds with the jerseys and they wouldn't stop circling, staring and kept asking us questions. Made us so uncomfortable and they tend to ignore customers making them feel stupid. Today most guests entered the register line by the entrance and they were tended to. But when my mother did the same she was ignored and told after to make the line from the other side. Then the girl still has the audacity to respond sarcastically slamming shoes on the counter. I guess if you're only a white, or not Hispanic person you get treated right. Hate this location.

It is a fairly well-stocked business, with very good taste, colorful and formal tennis shoes. High quality t-shirts and shorts. Balls for almost all sports. The truth is, it is a very attractive store although its prices are a little above moderate. But if you want something attractive, go there.
