I had a disappointing experience at this location while attempting to drop off a DHL package, as they claimed to be an authorized retailer. The staff member informed me that he couldn't scan the package after just three seconds, despite the label being clearly visible. He offered no further assistance and immediately picked up the phone to answer a call, leaving me unattended. This is a poor demonstration of customer care. I subsequently went to an actual DHL drop center about 5 minutes away nearby, where they scanned the package without any issues at all.

I had a great experience getting two items shipped. The gentleman guided me through the process and answered all of my questions. He was very kind, helpful, patient, and informative. They wrapped and boxed my items. 10/10 experience

Omg! While at work I googled to see how far this place would be! Not far! (5min) BUT the way Houston is set up, traffic made it almost impossible to actually get to this location in 5min. So I called all in a hurry & it was already closing time. Let’s just say the customer service was EXCELLENT!! He waited & welcomed me with a smile letting me know everything was ok & that he is there to help anytime! The drop off was quick & easy! I would 100% recommend this location to anyone! Thank you both for all of your help! :)
