Needed to redo my downstairs bathroom which included installing a new vanity, mirror, toilet, light fixture and painting. Also, had a sliding shower door installed in another bathroom as well as cabinet and drawer handles in the kitchen. I expected the work would take a couple of weeks, maybe a little more, to finish. Designer Kitchen and Bath completed it all in a week and now I’m looking forward to the next job I’m gonna bring them in to do.David and his crew were punctual, professional and an overall pleasure to work with. They removed our bathtub and created a walk-in shower instead. It only took them 2 days to complete. They were very thorough with all details so that the finished product looked great. They handled everything from ordering and picking up the tile/shower doors/fixtures, etc. and they also made sure to clean up after the job was done. I would give them an A for a job well done.Service: Remodeling

I wish I can give ZERO STARS. This is the worst company ever. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They took over TWO years to just remodel ONE kitchen and TWO bathrooms. OVER TWO YEARS. And what's worse is, it looked HORRIBLE. Their paint job looks like a child did it. And not only that, they skipped certain areas and hoped we did not notice. Every little detail we noticed, we mentioned and they said they would address it and fix but they did not. This company does less than half the effort, almost no effort AT ALL. And the price they charge is robbery. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A HUGE SCAM. They do not clean after themselves and they leave paint splatter and glue splatter all over your new tiles and marble. THEY EVEN MESSED UP BRAND NEW TILES AND LEFT THEM CRACKED AND BROKEN AND INSTALLED IT ANYWAYS WITHOUT REPLACING THEM. They also messed up the kitchen wood floors and did not even bother fixing it until we pointed it out. AND THEY STILL DID NOT FIX IT. These people do NOT know what they are doing. We have done many remodels and this is the worse company we have ever worked with. The assistant Cody even let it slip that our home WAS THE BIGGEST PROJECT THEY EVER HAD. WHAT?!?!? It was ONLY 1 kitchen and 2 bathrooms in a CONDO. This is such a scam company. ZERO STARS. They didn't bother cleaning or touching up anything we mentioned or had concerns about. All they did was shrug and said oh well. Scam of a company.

Designer Kitchen did my bathroom 9 months ago. Some small problems needed fixing. David offered a one year warranty on his work. I contacted him with the problems he said he would take care of it. They came they fixed the problems without any hassle. Designer Kitchen stands behind there work.

I stopped in to Designer Kitchen and Bath because I was looking for help in finishing the construction of my new home. David was amazing. The builder I had hired was stumped and didn't know how to finish the project, the master bath. David and his team immediately set to work and within four weeks had solved the problem, built what was necessary and had the project completed. Since the completion of the master bath project David has had to step in and finish a number of the remaining projects at my home, such as, sealing the marble on all the counter-tops and tile, hanging the closet chandelier, and hanging the lighted mirrors, to name just a few. He is responsive, responsible and without him my new home would still be in shambles.

Design Kitchen and bath did a great job on my bathroom. They gave me everything I asked for and they even help me with all the small things like picking out the tile. I live in a condo and several other contractors refused to even make a bid on the bathroom. David was familiar with all my condominiums rules and how to make it all come together.

Even though it has been at least a decade since Dave remodeled our kitchen and later our three bathrooms, he came by the house when I called about my faucet. I couldn't find the make/model for ordering a part. He helped me diagnose the problem and made several helpful suggestions. That is what I call "real customer service".

I'd rank this place zero stars if possible. I just wanted get pricing on a particular line of cabinets after doing a lot of research instead of driving an hour. So I called hoping to be able to send them my existing design with dimensions of the cabinets I need. Instead was left shocked and disappointed--the owner I spoke with pressured me for a budget within 1 minute of speaking with him--and I wasn't comfortable given that up quite yet--just quote me your best price, right? Maybe its because I was a women he felt like he could push me into giving him what he wanted. He also asked who my contractor was and I said we (my husband and I) were the GC (we have experience and wanted to save money on cabinets, just needing to purchase). Instead of being helpful, he rudely and abruptly stated "thanks, but no thanks..." What?!? Who says that to a customer? My husband and I are educated parents to 2 young children with experience in flipping/remodeling, but we wanted something nicer for our personal home. We were ready and willing to spend the amount of a small car on these cabinets, but Designer Kitchen & Bath won't be getting a penny of our money. If you value your hard earned money, and want to stretch your dollar this isn't the place for you--your money is not good here. They only want to deal with people who have expensive GCs and are willing to give up their budget ASAP, just so they can blow it--Negotiation 101: he who speaks first loses... I honestly question their customer service abilities if they feel that strongly about not working directly with their customers. If they were confident in their work, it wouldn't be an issue. I don't need to pay a GC to measure my walls for me, I know what I need.

Ette and I wanted a complete master bath upgrade, “down to the studs,” with new tub, shower, cabinets, sinks, floor and wall tile, mirrors, lights, and plumbing fixtures, all in fresh new colors and finishes. David and his group did a fabulous job, responded to our inputs and created the beautiful new bathroom we wanted. We are very happy with the process, the final results, and the quality and workmanship of the team. All the crews were courteous and respectful of our home. And they stand behind their work! We highly recommend them from design to completion.

David and Alberto , with their team, did an amazing job on our master bath. All the staff was very friendly and excellent in their trade. We are very pleased with the results.

David was so easy to work with. He comes to the house to personally check on the project and offer suggestions and improvements. His work on my powder room was so good I hired him to remodel my kitchen. The results are remarkable and I would not hesitate to use him again. Highly recommend!

Designer Kitchen and Bath helped me make my dream kitchen! They refaced my kitchen cabinets with real wood, painted them the color I wanted, and installed the knobs and pulls I bought on Wayfair. The process was seamless as David and Kollin were in constant communication. I highly recommend them for your next kitchen or bath project!
