“I like shopping at kohl's because the customer service is excellent and the brands they have are really nice pricewise and quality as well. Overall you get to shop for every member of your family and from small to the largest sizes are available. Last time I bought a double door counter top oven and it is so useful and i got it for a very reasonable price whereas if I would have bought it from anywhere else it would be almost double the price. I love shopping at Kohls.”

“One of the larger and well stocked Marshall's in Houston with a great selection of items. Parking is too bad, even on hot days. The checkout lines do get intimidating, but they are generally well staffed, so you get there eventually.
Bonus: very cute and outgoing young lady at the register complimented the dresses I helped pick out for my wife.”

“Tommy is a GOD send from the moment we entered into the store untill the time we departed. I came in for paper towels but the establishment is so welcoming I ended up buy 90$ of stuff on the way out I began to crank my car and it wouldn’t crank so I went to get my jump box and hook it up I had left the air on eek before I could turn the ignition he had already offered me some help which was ironic I had just pulled over to blow up someone’s tire That had a leak nearby and here I am panicking and here comes Tommy to save the day

Store looked great. Been in specialty retail for 30 yrs, he reminded me of when people that worked in the industry cared about customer service and what their stores looked like.
My only complaint is the associate at the door. She is youngish, thin, with long dark hair and those dead cow eyes.
We walked in, she looked up from her phone, glanced at us and looked back down. No acknowledgement, much less a smile.
When I walked up to register, she finally looked up and stared at me. No hi, how can I help you etc. Just stood there like a mute . I said hi, she stood there. I asked if there was someone that could help me and she seemed annoyed. The first reaction!
I was so irritated I considered slapping her to see if she was alive or a zombie. I didn't.
The mgr came up and took care of us quickly and professionally. I didn't say anything because there was a line and I was so so very angry I would have been sarcastically mean.
Anyway, she ought not be in retail. Maybe making food, in the back, at Taco Bell.
I sound mean, but God she was awful.
Again kudos to the mgr, he almost made me forget about it. I hate he's stuck with someone like her. I get it though.
Where I work, we have no interview process, it's all online and people show up with their hiring papers.
