The photos make this place look better than what it is. I will give this disclaimer that it really depends on what you’re looking for that will determine whether or not you will find value in this solace. If you want a piece of candy or something to drink — perfect — especially if you want cheap, guaranteed hangover alcohol. The kitchen is closed so don’t come looking for a full meal. If you want plants or flowers, this is your spot. If you want anything else other than what I mentioned here — this is NOT your spot!! This is not a true convenience store and should not be categorized as one.

The restaurant inside the store is what put the store on the map. The couple is great and the food is fantastic. Not very expensive put me in the mind of a corner store in New Orleans in the French quarter.

This gem of a store tucked right in the medical center has been a favorite of locals for years. It is like a tradition to visit Frank. Great selection of stuff more than any Valero could offer. If you have a chance stop by. Or they will deliver your flowers.

Has small selection of conscience store-like snacks plus some microwave ramen and spam/tuna. Lots of beer and energy drink selection. The real gem is bobobs gumbo and kabob's located on the store. Great food for a fair price. 2 big kabobs 1 lobster and 1 steak tender and juicy for 15 bucks. Great deal and good people. Only downside is cash or cash app only for the restaurant but the store takes credit cards.

We walked from our hotel to pick up lunch. They only had Mexican. Chicken quesadilla looked more like an empanada because it had been deep fried instead of grilled. Tacos okay do not expect anything on them but lettuce. No gorditas until 1pm or kabobs.
