Zero professionalism from new associate. Made my daughter cry. Plus They constantly talk about customers , especially when customers leave . I thought a beauty parlor was to make women feel confident more beautiful and secure . Now my child is crying and feels so insecure . She’s 8 . Not right Instead of blasting out Information they should learn how treat people. Both haircuts disappointed.! Worst treatment. Knowing this place I used to love going for how it was now it’s just bad . They haircuts and styles weren’t met.
Stylist: Needs to get her license removed or re take classes . Especially how to treat others. Not even as customer but as human. Common sense.

Booked a appointment online (new customer) got there at my appointment time and no one acknowledged me even after they didn’t say if the lady I booked with would be with me in a few minutes or not. They did not have any good customer service why book an appointment online if you’re not going to honor that appointment and just get the next person that’s already sitting there.
