anything good to say about this establishment is a understatement,Customer service and hospitality is wonderful, every time my wife and I walk in right away the staff offer to clean my wife's jewelry and offer us drinks. The store is gorgeous along with the staff! you will enjoy just going there, especially when you are dealing with Robert, he is a great genuine guy and always makes sure that his clients will walk out with a smile on their face for the rest of the month!

I had a great experience with deBoulle. For the past year I have been looking for a Spring Drive Grand Seiko. I was working with Elaine and she was very helpful to find one and contact me once they had one available. She also helped me with adjusting the links and handled the watch carefully.The interior at deBoulle is very clean and presentable with welcoming staff. They also have coffee and drinks available to their customers.Overall, I had a great experience at deBoulle. I will definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking for luxury watches.

Huge THANK YOU to Florence for making dreams come true!! My fiancé and I walked into De Boulle on a Saturday afternoon expecting to just browse their selection of watches. Florence greeted us that day with a bright smile, and made us immediately feel welcomed. Given the time of day all the sales reps were busy with other customers, but thankfully we were able to work directly with Florence. She was knowledgeable about the watches, went above and beyond to provide a great experience, but most importantly encouraged us to sign up for the waitlist. Today we received a notice that a watch had come in.This was such great timing given I was hoping to gift the watch to my fiancé prior to our wedding. We will always be grateful to Florence for taking the time to assist us that Saturday afternoon.

Robert and Mako were great to work with! I started working with Robert a year ago and when I came back in to look at timepieces, he was busy so Mako helped out. They are both very knowledgeable and exited to discuss luxury timepieces with me. Highly Recommend, Impressive Collection! First time visitor. Was pleasantly surprised by the amount of watches on display. We were greeted by Elizabeth, quickly made us feel at home. Was able to try on a few watches I had not seen at other stores. The De Boulle team was extremely welcoming and kind. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to buy jewelry or a luxury watch.

5 stars. de Boulle Houston has excellent service and a customer experience far none. Robert has been amazing with all of are purchases. My wife and I will always buy because of Robert's treatment. There is a saying people buy from people. But the truth is ( People buy from People they like!!!)
