Whoever buys the dresses for the stores needs to be fired. All of the dresses were HIDEOUS! They looked like someone found them in their attic in a box that was supposed to have been thrown out. It was disappointing since I got a really cute dress from there in October.

I do like this store cuz they do have a good supply of items & great prices. I've bought 2 different purses @ seperate times cuz the 1st one was really well made & a great price but ended up to be too heavy so I went back several wks later for a different kind which was a great price too & this one is perfect. The manager is super sweet & helpful very professional & all the checkers are so so nice. I recommend this store. Good selection of any category u have need of

I am beyond disappointed in this location’s (Jones Rd) store employee JOHN. His customer service was horrible tonight. I was returning a pair of black washed shorts, there was no tags on the shorts because I purchased them last week and thought they were to my liking but they were not. So the shorts had not been worn but according to JOHN he told me that they had been. Sir how can you tell me something has been worn if I’m telling you they have not been, why are you working in this profession if you’re not familiar with different clothing materials? Because it was clear that the material is washed so of course they look “ worn “ anywho. He proceeds to ask me to point to the item on the receipt and ask how much were they. I told him they were $11.99 he then says “no typically our shorts are $5.99 they don’t look like $11.99 I need you to show me the shorts that are similar so we can compare “ please keep in mind there’s a long line behind me because it took JOHN to finally realize that the line was getting longer and it was only one register open before he decided to open a register. So I have to lead him to the shorts and low and behold the same EXACT shorts are how much ? $11.99. I am beyond disgusted by his customer service because of the fact that he was trying to say that I was lying, if I give you a receipt that shows NO items listed for $5.99 then why do the most for me to still have to prove to you the price. This location has been one of my favorite locations due to their inventory however, I will not be back due to the terrible customer service from John.

They have some really nice things for less, but it would be even better if there were more clothing and shoes items for toddler boys.

It's always a surprise when I go into DD's. I can't really plan for what I'm buying I just kind of have to go in there and check out their inventory. They always have amazing things I just never know what it's going to be. It's like a treasure trove of home goods and decor and shoes and accessories and so much that I can play with. You just never know what you're going to find but it will be a deal and it will be something you love, No doubt.
