A dialysis tech at the facility changed my mom’s chair time after TWELVE years without informing her properly. She waited over an hour for dialysis and as she was waiting, she was explaining to me on the phone that she was left there by her ambulance company and wouldn’t have a ride back home due to the change of schedule and a tech yelled over to her REFUSING dialysis to her saying ‘you won’t get treatment if you keep yelling’. I heard this over the phone so I’m sure the entire room heard it as well. The tech ridiculed my mother in front of her peers and threatened to take away a medical treatment simply because she didn’t like what was being said. She made my mom wait until every other patient had been treated. She waited for over an hour and was TERRIFIED to receive treatment at this facility afterwards due to fear of retaliation from the tech. We’ve been to many Davita facilities and this is by far the most unprofessional and unorganized. These are sick people that deserve respect and dignity. As a medical professional, that’s YOUR job to deliver it. If she was loud, walk over and ask her to relax or try to help. Don’t assume! This isn’t a disgruntled customer at Walmart. This is a PATIENT

I like having all the new shopping and eating places so close to home. Every store I’ve been in has great service.
