It’s a nice facility. The social worker Jasmine and the technicians on the M,W,F shift are nice and well experienced in what they do. The nurse by the name of Joey, he’s okay, but just a little bit to mosey, when it came to my personal business, my religions, my personal relationships outside of the facility. Just gossip. Whats so interesting is that he has a Bosch nose and lip ? surgery from Mexico. Those be the ones. Then there is Audrey, an interesting character who needs to retire, or fine another line of work. The new FA is a lier, don’t trust anything she has to say, unless you record it or it be written down. There was an out break of Covid patients. The FA failed to follow protocol, until after the fact. The after continued to lied about it, until The Houston Health Department was notified. In the lobby the air conditioning does work in the summer, and in the winter the heating doesn’t work. The only time this facility practices cleanliness is when state comes for inspections.

As an out of town visitor I felt well treated and taken care of. I had four sessions there and everyone was very accommodating, friendly, and professional, especially nurse Joey. I felt safe and appreciate everything they did for me. Recommended highly.

It's nice, but they won't let you use the bathroom.
