David Yurman is such a great designer. I have many lovely pieces from the brand, but after visiting the store, the customer service experience makes me feel extremely unwelcome. It’s like if I’m not there planning to spend a lot of cash, I can just get out of their hair. I hope the brand is not okay keeping sales like that unless they company’s core believe is consistent with such attitude.

Terrible customer service. Brought in a bracelet to be repaired early January. First told the $375 bracelet would cost $125. Then was told it would be comped. Then received a follow up call after leaving it at the store and was told $175. A few weeks ago received a call saying it would be $225 and was told it would be an additional 8 weeks. It has been with them since early January. The person that called acted surprised that they had it and even more surprised that that I was told it was no charge. You pay a premium and as much as I like the styles, hate the service aspect.

Nice store but pushy sales people... They call you to come in and buy when you just drop off for repairs... The turn around is 2 months

Grace and the security guard are absolutely unprofessional. My fiancé and I are both long term yurman clients. We were visiting from LA and decided to see their selection. Passive, micro aggressions- no real customer service. Our ambassador was great ( Amber R) Showed me what I was looking for and other alternatives. I'm leaving with her info and merchandise info. But to shop in this store again is a no no. Do better about stereotyping. Beyond what's happening in the media.

My boyfriend and I went into this location to look at wedding bands and immediately Monica greeted us so kindly. She was so wonderful and knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. Monica made us feel so comfortable during this process. We found the ring we will be purchasing and we will be doing so from this location.

Sometimes it’s more than jewelry! For two years I was unable to enter a jeweler with the pendant that contained my nephew’s ashes. The day I found the strength, thank goodness there was Casey Fitzsimmons, with David Yurman, The Galleria Houston, who, with kindness, and patience, helped me through this painful experience. Sometimes it's more than jewelry! For two years I was unable to enter a jeweler with the pendant that contained my nephew's ashes. I love their men's bracelet designs but they will charge you to "ship it to their corporate office for repairs" even if the fault is from faulty jewelry.The clasp just randomly malfunctions without me noticing and it's done this at least 15+ times now and I'm lucky enough to recover it as much as I have. I would be reluctant ton wear this piece anymore because I'll definitely lose it someday.

They had an amazing collection of pieces. The store was crowded and there was a bit of a wait. The staff was friendly; however, they did not offer the clients any water.

Went here yesterday to get my jewelry cleaned. they have few other locations but there is only one houston location in galleria.i wanted to make sure everything is set so i made an appointment on their website. booking it was easy which i really liked. the store itself is as expected. the customer service is top notch. they confirmed my appointment over the phone.when i walked in, grace welcomed me and was friendly - she got me in right away. it took about 5-10min and she was professional. we walked around to look at the jewelry and everything went well. they def have lots of beautiful pieces so i recommend checking this brand out! honestly you cant go wrong with yurman.
