Bayway is the best. I got my car serviced here and they picked my car up and dropped off the rental! They were professional and kept me informed. And they fixed the problem when Sewell said there was nothing wrong with my car. The rental was also the same car I drive, not a tiny car like most rentals. We had a great experience.

Bought my car at this location and I fully understand that there are cultural differences with men and women. But for the love of everything holy, this is America, and women are not your servants, and you will not talk down to me. Fast forward 3 months, and it is time for an oil change, tire rotation, and my new car is losing signal and conflicting with Apple CarPlay. I made an appointment online, filled out everything, and got a confirmation. I called to reconfirm, and the gentleman said yes, we will have time as we close at 7. So, 24 hours later, I drive the 1 hour in hellacious traffic for my 5:00 pm appointment. Not a single person greets me, especially considering they had no fewer than 5 men standing around. I park, get my stuff, and walk in to be faced with a foreigner who clearly does not respect women and immediately says, "Are you leaving the car with me?" I said no and put on the appointment that I would wait. He then quickly says, "We can't do that today as the oil change staff leaves at 5." I then ask them why they have that appointment time slot and why did one of their employees confirm? He then says let me see if I can get someone to change the oil and rotate the tires. Walks off. Comes back and rudely says we can do the oil change and tire rotation but not the signal. Argues with me some more, and I said, "Is there an update or recall?" He says, "I am not the technician, and do you really think we would be able to remove the parts to troubleshoot the problem in 2 hours?" I said again, "Is there an update or recall as it keeps losing signal?" He rudely says, "I told you we would be able to do the oil change and tire rotation, but you will have to come back for the navigation." I then said, "This is the last time I will be here." He walks off, and I am sitting in their waiting room, and not a single person has asked if I could be helped, and they have no customers, just about 12 employees standing around like we are at a casting call. Horrible customer service! This is precisely the epitome of our society. They want you to pay the most money for their product, but screw you if you need service. Do not come here. You will be treated as though you are at one of those fly-by-night dealerships off Shepherd Drive. Disgusted.

I had a great experience buying a car here. I told the salesman that I wasn’t going to pay over sticker price. He never tried to convince me otherwise and never played any games like compelling me to finance from their dealership.I bought my car on the weekend and had to wire the funds Monday. My salesman D’Anthonie delivered the car to my home later that afternoon. It was a wonderful experience.

The folks at Bayway dealership are friendly and serve you with a smile. My salesman Ali helped me get the car I’ve been searching for at a great price and gave me a fair price on my trade in. Excellent facility with great focus on customer satisfaction. Well worth the visit.

Crooks. Tried to add 2995 Bayway Service and etching to my purchase. Was told since I was out of state it would be taken off. A lie, they added it back in. Did not honor advertised price on their site. Total crooks, buyer beware - I would stay away.

Purchasing a new Cadillac from Bayway with D’Anthonie Daily as my salesman was an awesome experience! He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous! He ensured that I had a working knowledge of the primary functions on my vehicle and provided his contact information in the event that I had questions after leaving the dealership. I am very pleased with the service I received from D’Anthonie and I will highly recommend him if I have an opportunity to do so.

Carla is very helpful, proactive, and professional. She waited for us at the parking. Provided us water in this hot weather. Brandon is also good. Followed up on us and gave us a great deal. We didn’t plan to purchase any car from Cadillac dealer. But the deal is too good to pass. Transaction went very smooth. Bayway Cadillac took good care of us. Good job.

Hands down the best car buying experience we have had. Not your typical “ALL DAY” event that everyone hates. Had us in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Our sales guy, DeAnthony, was above amazing!! We told him from the beginning what we wanted and he went above and beyond for us!! If you’re looking for a Cadillac, he is your man!! If you are reading this, we truly appreciate you sir!! God bless you and your family!!! Thank you

Great customer service. Bill Truman was fantastic, and super friendly. The whole purchasing experience, from start to end, was about 2.5 hours. No pushing sales tactics, no hustles, no issues at all. Will definitely be back for next car purchase.

UPDATE: 7/29/2023: Updating because ooowweee no one needs to buy from these guys. The smell I mentioned in my original review. WE FOUND THE SOURCE. As the weather got warmer, the smell got worse so we tore the car apart. It was milk or some kind of milk product. Instead of cleaning it, this dealership doused the car with new car smell and hoped for the best. Also, their “inspection” is a joke. We got the car home, got a screw within two weeks and were shown the rear tires were at 1/32 and the front tires were at 2/32. This vehicle should not have passed inspection, but it did through Bayway. Anything to make a buck.ORIGINAL: We were buyers from out of town. We saw the posting online and we had a salesman contact us within the same day of requesting more information. He was super responsive initially. He sent pictures of the vehicle, and from the photos, it looked great. I asked him if there were any issues with the vehicle that we needed to be made aware of. He took close up photos of some scrapes on the passenger rear wheel area and said that was all cosmetically. We communicate, haggle and end up signing the papers for the vehicle. The communication started falling apart the moment we were shifted to finance and signed the paperwork. I had to call repeatedly to get our paperwork sent to us. On a Friday, I let our salesman know that we will be up there the following Tuesday around lunch, with the anticipation that we would be walking in, grabbing the keys, and making the 3 hour drive home. I text him Tuesday morning and let him know we are leaving and will be there in three hours. He responded that it would be good to go. We get there around 11:30am, walk in, meet our salesman in person for the first time and he says he will be right back and disappears for an entire hour. We can't find him anywhere. We ask someone else walking around and they say that he's getting the car detailed and putting gas in it and should be back shortly. He finally comes back, has attitude because whoever we talked to told him we were looking for him, tells us there were 5 service vehicles ahead of mine and he still needed to go get gas. The gas trip takes 15 minutes. We go out to the car and immediately notice there is a dent in the front passenger quarter panel that is signficantly more noticeable than the photos of the rear wheel he sent me, and there are three crack in the windshield. We open it up and it's been vacuumed, but that's it. The car is still visibly dirty (what exactly was happening when it was being "detailed"?) and has a slight smoke smell. I tell myself it's new car smell, which I dislike, and we head home. Salesman dipped after installing the plates. Now that we've had it for a few weeks, it's quite obvious that this car was smoked in. HEAVILY. Whatever the dealership used to cover the smell has completely dissipated and it reeks. We've spent a couple of hundred dollars trying to get the smell out because our daughter is asthmatic and this was supposed to be her first car for her 16th birthday. So now, she's driving my car, while I'm still trying to get the smell out of hers. If the shifty sales tactics weren't enough, they also tack on a $3,000 package that they tell you isn't removeable. We were able to get it removed, but they charged us $300 for window etching, because it was "already done" and it absolutely was not. Thanks so much, Bayway, for being the epitome of sketchy used car salesmen!

Israel Delgado, a new car salesman, misrepresented the vehicle and the Bayway Cadillac New Vehicle Protection and Concierge Package. Something we didn't want but were told we had to pay $3000 for because it was part of the deal.We were told a protector was applied to the interior but the financial paperwork indicates the protection only covers the exterior paint. We were told it included a theft tracing with a $1000 credit if the car was not returned. That's not included we were charged an additional $300 at closing. We were told we could have the vehicle picked up and delivered at our home, some 160 miles away, their Concierge Service. Checking with the service department the week after purchasing the vehicle, we were informed that they won't travel that far. This makes half of what was offered useless. We were told the vehicle had guards inside the door handle pockets to protect from ring scratches, similar to the door edge guards. There are no protectors at the door handles.I asked for one simple option, the cargo area shade screen, I was told it wasn't available on the vehicle we were purchasing. That was a lie, it's listed as a $178 option and installs in seconds. When we got home and checked the fluids I noticed the washer fluid was almost completely empty. Seems like that ought to be on a check list somewhere. We purchased the vehicle on a Saturday afternoon. The second key and owners manual were locked up in service. We were assured they would be shipped to us the following Monday. After several unanswered texts and phone calls, asking for a tracking number, I contact the sales manager, Mr. Rickey George, and finally got a response. The key and manual didn't ship until Friday and delivered Saturday. It took more than a week to get what we should have left with when we drove off the lot. Israel lied to us about how the car was outfitted, lied to us about the concierge service and lied to us about delivery of the key and owners manual. He made his sale, got his commission and that's where his interest in customer service ended. That attitude has already cost the dealership one sale. A friend of ours looking to replace their SRX. After hearing our experience, they're shopping different dealerships. We will never consider purchasing another vehicle from Bayway. Cadillac owners expect honesty and integrity in their dealerships, they won't find it at Bayway.
