William Moore is excellent. He looked up my extended warranty (as I have asked many times from others) and told me the TPMS is covered by my warranty whereas someone else told me I’d have to pay per sensor replacement

Had a terrible experience with this dealership and Ray, a service advisor last year. Mr. Hill, the Service Mgr., in turn, corrected the errors on my paperwork . He stated that he was including on my file that my next oil change would be a consolation for the bad experience.
After I posted my experience on Goggle, the Manager of the dealership called to ask if I would remove the post. He offered a storeroom detailing. I called several days ago, but was told Mr. Hill
no longer works there. I left a message for Jason. After not getting a call several days ago, I called again…. no returned call.
Reading some of the negative reviews, I’m not surprised.
WARNING: If a dealership staff does not keep their WORD, you can best believe they will not stand behind the vehicles or repairs.
HONESTY is an important quality of a dealership, but not this place.
Just think , I was considering trading in & buying another car. Well…this dealership has not earned my trust. BUY a your own RISK.

I've taken my Vehicle to Bayway 3 times since I relocated to the area. 1st visit was ro have a little Body Work done as someone decided to push a shopping cart into. MJ (Service advisor) got it in and repaired to perfection. 2nd visit was for it's first service although small, outstanding Customer Service by MJ. On this most recent visit, Harry is my Service advisor. Spoke to him yesterday, 09/04/2024, explained the issue, brought it in today, Issue was repaired and was out of there within 1 hour. Harry was awesome. Customer Service was again outstanding from Harry and the rest of the Bayway staff I came into contact with. Thank you.
