I want to say this is such an awesome company to work with. I had the pleasure to work with Dave, Sarah and Tyler. All were professional and personable. They know exactly what they are doing and stay on top of every detail, regardless of how big or small, even if it is someone else's responsibility. The realtor I was working with was positive they could not have us ready to close in 10 days, she was correct, it was 7! I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.
Thank you Dave, Sarah and Tyler so easing some of the pressure and anxiety.

Dave and his team were great. Everyone was incredibly responsive and effective at getting us through the lending process. It was truly stress free and fast. I can’t believe we didn’t even know this house existed 21 days ago and we are already moving in! We couldn’t have done it without all of you. First off I want to say , the request I brought Dave and his team was an extremely difficult one and one other lenders wrote off - however Dave immediately jumped on it and did everything he could to help out. Consistent follow ups, never had to track him down, and very personable. Felt in great hands the whole time. Unfortunately in the end, we couldn't get a solution together, but will definitely be pushing who ever needs help his way. 5 stars, highly recommend.
