We had no problems to contact the office and the employee yesterday on the phone was very nice and empathic. The delayed baggage was delivered in time!

This must be the absolute worst courier in the world. I can't imagine anyone being worse. Avoid at all cost..I had a refrigerator being returned and they scheduled to pick it up 6 times and each time, except for the last, they were no shows. I had this refrigerator waiting for them for 18 days from the first delivery date before they actually came and got it. The fifth time, the guy showed up at 11:30 pm and I wasn't available. On the actual sixth time they didn't even have a dolly to get it with, I had to borrow one to help these guys out. Ridiculous!

The absolute worst.They delivered two different orders (1 was a partial delivery) for a total of six interior doors. Two of the Doors were not delivered. Four of the Doors were clearly and visibly damaged, yet they delivered them anyway. I have made three (3) calls to them and they have not returned my calls.

Worst service and rude. The manager for ADP delivery Paula threatened to return the payroll packet to ADP and I can arrange to collect when the packet was delayed by almost 4 Hrs.

Worst company ever, received notification that my bags will be delivered one day, then 3-4 more different ETA’s, wasted 3 afternoons sitting in hotel waiting for luggage.Call center said they can leave bags infront of apartment even if no one is there. then when courier came, call center calls angrily that no one is answering doors. Guy hangs up and says he doesnt care where my bags will be but at airport tomorrow , tomorrow comes and guy actually lied and sent bags to warehouse because he was angry

By the reviews and the horror stories seems we will be talking of two different companies but no: my experience of a year and counting working for Data Rush as an auto parts deliverer assigned to a Ford Dealership has been very positive. I am one of the professional drivers moving full truck shipments, large and small 3 times a day on established routes. Only problem happens if the customer has not paid at the time of ordering the merchandise and when the driver arrives there is no payment so the parts cannot be delivered. Other than that any part requested, if in inventory, it reaches the customer shop between 8am and 4pm. The drivers are appreciated because they are the mobile part providing items to fix vehicles.

I am giving 5 stars because of the Final Mile two man crew that delivered our new kitchen cabinets. Ray and Pat were very polite in seeing where we wanted the cabinets, and patient as we had them move the boxes around. They were very careful in handling them.I was worried with all of the bad reviews, but in this case, the delivery was excellent and was delivered on time and with extreme care.

Our 2 bags were delayed on American Airlines. Bags arrived at IAH the following morning at 9:05am Data Rush picked up the bags that day at 1:23pm. Their website said bags to be delivered by 3:30pm. It is now another day later and no news. They do not answer calls, they do not call back even though their voice mail says they will. Useless! And yes, I give them one star because you cannot post with no stars.

Awful awful experience. I bought furniture from Sam’s club and they are the worse. I would give a zero if I were able. They lied when they “attempted” delivery because no attempt was ever made. Everything is one side and they do not answer the phone nor do they answer any voicemails you leave. Awful awful.

- delayed bags (flight BA London-Houston) picked up at airport at 19h30 saturday Sep16, informing that delivery until 10pm but nothing happened. And no call, no text SMS- sunday Sep 17: nothing- Monday morning Sep 18: no call, no text SMS, luggage delivered at wrong address in Houston (but then reported as delivered to correct address), 2 delayed bags just drop at the door, without ringing nor get reception signature (but reported as already sign-off by customer). Incredible!

I wish I could give a negative number of stars.. thats how awful this was. I was given the run around for my baggage from the airport for nearly 2 days. Every-time Id call they’d say its being delivered at xyz time, then when I call back after it wasn’t delivered after that time, they say the baggage is still out and on the way. The drop off time is not accurate at all. Could be hours if not days before they deliver the baggage. Bare minimum effort from Customer service they’ll say whatever to get you off the phone, your better off going to get the baggage yourself if you can. Would not recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would. I trust Costco but I don't believe I will be ordering any items in the future if I have to deal with the people who deliver the items. My furniture arrived and the delivery driver had an instant attitude saying he didn't get paid enough to do this! I had my maintenance team bring out our own dollies to unload the furniture and help since I understand how hot the weather in Dallas is right now. I paid for assembly and the two drivers refused to assemble and drove away arguing the entire time. I have been on hold for 30 minutes with customer service trying to file a complaint and ask if anyone else will be out to assemble. I keep getting forwarded and then hung up on. I don't think anyone at this organization cares about their customers.

If there is a way that I could leave 0 star, I will do without doubt.This is horrible company. The one answering the phone, whose name is Tony. He has such bad attitude. During the whole conversation, he did not allow me to ask any questions or talk. I called them 12:01 am midnight just now. Because it is already super late and they promised to get the luggage to be delivered before midnight. He said: I told you it would be delivered around midnight, do you know what is midnight, 11:30-12:30. It is 12 only. You need to be patient. You know so much is going on, and nothing is perfect....You are not patient...And lastly, he said: I got to go and I have to go. Then without allowing me to say anything, he hung up the phone. Why this type of person can do the the customer service? If you are not satisfied with anything, go asking your company: we are the one waiting for the luggage because of airline company mistake. And we are using our sleep time waiting for you...SUPER BAD SERVICE

Absolute joke of a company. Don't know why United would contract with them to deliver my late bag. They took over 26 hours to deliver my bag after they picked it up from the airport! What are they being paid for?
