I still can't get a response from these guys about my refrigerator claim. The delivery team damaged my walls and I keep getting the run around. Never ordering from home depot again. I'm going to lowes.

This company has left me hanging by not
completing a water damage claim that was originally through Home Depot. Sedgwick assigned this Darrell Flood logistics company for repairs of damage, baseboards, and wall due to breaking a valve in my wall, causing water damage when delivering Maytag washer. Now they are not returning phone calls or text messages I explained to them I’m going to be going to the top corporate management of Home Depot as well as Sedgwick. The worst service ever! Unbelievable!

Jaime, Erika,Carlos, Isaias, did an amazing job and make my moving experience extremely satisfying. There were very well coordinated, fast, polite and detailed oriented. I will strongly recommend them!

Poor service...the team left without delivering the aplliance and didn't ring the doorbell or notify me when they arrived.

Received call from company. 8 minutes later heard honk and walked outside to open gate. Saw driver pull away. Called office and they refused to turn around and deliver product needed that day. Driver lied and said they were already far away when we saw taillights of truck. Now they have to spend time and money to come back when all they had to do was turn around and drive less than a mile back. Horrible customer service Will never use Home Depot again as they have contract with them. Calling Home Depot corporate to complain

Our experience was great from the packing date, through six months of storage and the final delivery. Pablo, and Bruce were great. They took great care in ensuring there was no damage to items or our home. Francisco, Alex,Alex and Alex C. made a professional and efficient team. I would also like to mention that our move coordinater, Kathy, was extremely responsive and promptly answered all our questions and acted as a liaison with Denisha at the warehouse. I highly recommend Daryl Flood Moving and Storage.
