Just walked out because I watched one tech come from the back eating his lunch without washing his hands…
Then watched tech assigned to me pull utensils out of a bag of dirty sponges and used files.
So tired of nail shops thinking this substandard treatment is okay.

I always come here for my nail and pedicure and lately they been over pricing a lot when I know other places don’t charge a lot like this place, they just lost a customer.

if I could give anything lower then 1 star I would! this was the worst experience I had yet! me and daughter tried to go in for a mani pedi but was ignored when we first got in there. they had me sit in the pedi chair without asking who was getting what. My daughter ended up getting sat at the front waiting area and two other woman came in and were sat at the nail area! not once did they ask what she needed. then left me sitting it scorching hot water because the lady taking care of me was to busy doing someone else toes! she walked away a total of 5 times while finishing me to, first, do someones eyebrows, To TAKE A WHOLE LUNCH BREAK, to do someone else nails and then to take someone's payment. there were plenty other workers but no one ever came over to help or take over. my daughter ended up not wanting the services because by this time 30 minutes had gone by and they had already started on the walk in's that came in AFTER US! while doing my nails she was going to use the entire nail cleaning kit she used on the other LADIES FEET ON ME!! and used the same gloves..after her lunch break I saw her pick them up and try and put them back on! Then once it was finally almost done she tried putting my sandals on and got nail polish all over them and had to redo my nail polish! Then got angry at herself and just slapped my feet away to go pay. And when I didn't tip she snatched the receipt and started talking to the other workers and kept pointing at us! Never again will I try and stop in to this nail shop for a little self care with my daughter again! Do not recommend

Been going for yrs. Took a break .came back they stated put good passes me off to chair 1 she rushed nails were sloppy, under and fike job so bad they caught on anything they could attach to, and muti levels due to bad filing, finish work..booooooo. I was leaving town couldn't go back on there time. HAD TO REMOVE MOST BROKE IN WITHIN A WEEK. Wedding I had broken nails. The nails lifted snagging on hair.

Never again. They put nails too small on my hands, my real nail were showing on the sides. Polish was see through my nails, and it was a dark color and you could see through my nails. My toes were ok but lady cut my foot 3 different spots using the grater on my feet. Big no-no for 85 dollars.

this place is probably the worst place to go .i paid 60 for a pedi,she barley cleaned my feet and put acrylic on my big toe which was applied so uneven and just painted the rest ,not to mention the lines on my French tip are horrible.-0/10

I been comin here since 2017 and every year the quality just goes down, this was probably the last time I spend my money here. My nails came out so ugly ????
