Wanted to give complements to Karina, the pharmacist tech, who despite having to work on a holiday was able to assist us with filling our prescription and doing it with wonderful and respectful service. Thank you Karina and the pharmacy team for being so kind and helpful on a holiday!

Very disrespectful pharmacy staff. I'm a healthcare provider and I prescribed my patient anxiety medication that was within the FDA approved dosing limits. It is not too high of a dose according to the FDA . This pharmacy tech had the audacity to act like I was a criminal, a pill mill, told me I was creating more problems for my patient by treating them with medication that is helping them live a normal life, and they refused to fill the medication for my patient in addition to talking down to me like I was dealing heroin. When I asked to speak to the actual pharmacist and not just the pharmacy tech, I was told the pharmacist had gone home for the day! I thought pharmacies are not allowed to even be operating without the actual pharmacist on the premises. I have filed a formal complaint with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy, not that they'll do anything.

Helped me with search for what I needed ,guided me on how to use the cvs app,very polite and respectful. They go above and beyond to help I and my family at all times from the pharmacy to the main store.

Pharmacy here just doesn’t care. They didn’t have a certain medication and didn’t even tell me. They never communicated with my physician, leaving me waiting for medication i needed immediately. Their default answer is, “we sent a message to your doctor, but no response “. I called my doctor and the office never received any communication from the pharmacy. I was put on 3 way and turns out CVS pharmacist is lying. How do you even stay in business? People, please stop coming here. Find a local pharmacy who cares about your needs. This will be reported to corporate as it is not the first screw up at CVS.
