Good luck getting anyone to assist you here or bother answering the phone. Sat on hold for 15 minutes with the pharmacy, tried to come up there and doors closed at 6:50? But it says they’re open until 7pm. Go ANYWHERE else.

worst phone system that forces you to talk to a chatbot. I can’t wait for amazon to take over this business. Pharmacy hours are reduced as well.

We've had several issues with this CVS. They frequently are out of medications or the children's flavoring. The phone line sends to be down half the time so you can't call to get status. I was reluctantly going to pick up a prescription, and got into the line at 7:00 or maybe 7:01. I waited for 2 cats to get serviced before me. At 7:07 when I pulled up to the window the pharmacist said they closed at 7 and wouldn't help me. Not sure why it takes so long to service 2 customers, but it's very irritating to be in line and be told to come back tomorrow.

Worst pharmacy customer service. We came to a drive through for prescriptions pickup. I pressed on the sign "press for service". Waited for 2 minutes and pressed again, still didn't hear anyone. Waited for 3 more minutes and nothing happened, I thought the "press for service" button didn't work, tried again. Waited for another minute then a woman showed up by the window, she picked up the phone and started yelling at us that she heard it, she was busy, and she didn't ignore us.I've been waiting for more than 5 minutes and when they decided to show up, they yelled at us. I told her it only take 1 second for her to wave at the window, or say something to let us know that they knew we're waiting. Then she kept yelling that she was in the middle of dealing with another customer.Then, another woman came to the window told us that if we're not happy with their service we should go to another pharmacy. She said her name is Diana.

Over and over I have tried to give the pharmacy the benefit of the doubt. I’ll be switching all of our prescriptions to Walgreens. Unhelpful, unresponsive, out of stock constantly with no updates on prescription.

A larger location with more variety in products. Staff is friendly and the store was clean. Definitely recommend.

The store and staff is fine but the pharmacy is ridiculous. They don't even bother updating their hours online even though they close 2 hours earlier than they have posted. They will look square at you sitting in the drive-through window and not even bother to tell you that they are closed and going home. The microphone system at the window doesn't work properly either. I blame all of these things on the fact that CVS overworks their pharmacist and the quality has clearly dropped over the years.

If I could give a big fat zero I would. It took 5 mins to get through all the prompts on their voicemail system just TRY to speak to the pharmasist - and THEN hung up on! This has happened several times - HELLO WALGREENS!

extremely slow. their drive-thru had an extremely long line. staff needs to pick up the pace.Appointment was at 12:20PM and I didn’t leave until 1:20PM. Once I finally got to the window, no one opened the window to service me for 10-15mins. No wonder their line is so long. THEY ARE SLOW. DO NOT BOOK HERE.
