EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE at this pharmacy!!! 3 mistakes in 3 days.
1. They contacted the wrong doctor for my refill. Told me my current physician d didn't prescribe the medication - when she did.
2. My online refills order didn't get processed.
3. I was missing a prescription after purchasing and leaving the pharmacy
Note: It might help if they had competent employees that could speak and understand English, be courteous, and act like they gave a crap about their service.
Hey CVS - Pay and recruit better - and get better help! Your reviews might improve.
Update - I left a voicemail 5 hours ago regarding problem #3 above. And, I received a text confirmation regarding their receipt of the voicemail. But, NO one has called me back. Guess I'll have to call in again and leave another voicemail.
However, they did respond promptly to my negative review with a cut-and- paste, generic response from the corporate office. The exact same one they issue to all their negative reviews. Insulating.
They want me to contact them?
Guess I'll check out the Amazon pharmacy online instead......

If I could give a zero I would I called just to check what time they closed today since it’s a holiday this Chinese guy the person in charge of this pharmacy is always really rude and unprofessional if his not happy with working and assisting people than your in a wrong field buddy let someone else get hired that are willing to help patients I hope CVS listen to all the calls this rude guy have answered and fired him.

This CVS customer service was great! I made an online order for my children and needed to pick it up. They went above and beyond. I was able to pick my order through the pharmacy drive through so I wouldn’t have to take my sick child out of the car. Greatly appreciated!

CVS pharmacy keeps me informed of my prescription availabilities and refill statuses. Pharmacy associates are courteous and answer all my questions.

We were robbed at this location on 2/10/2025 @1:30 pm and the cameras aren't present all around the store only in certain spots. Please take your parking lot and customers serious and secure their safety.

I had to walk around the store to find a clerk to unlock an item I wanted to purchase. All self check include you bagging your own items you purchased. Everything is changing however the future generation lazy as Hell. We are doomed. I need to be on payroll since I have to check my self out and bag my items.

Do not drop your package here. They will not help you print out the label, it’s no point of them having ups in the building if you can’t assist. Worse customer service I ever experience never felt so humiliate then your rude employee should learn customer service and empathy for sure!! Do not gooo
