If I could give zero stars for this employee, I would. I have been a patient at this CVS pharmacy for over 15 years. Unfortunately, I need to take some controlled medication. Every month it fills me with anxiety to refill these prescriptions because I feel judged by my past in dealing with retail pharmacy. This last month, Julissa spoke with me on the phone while I tried to get a refill. There was confusion on which day I was told I could refill it, two different pharmacists gave me two different days. Kudos to the pharmacist with long hair ( that's the only way I know to describe her) , who was so kind, non-judgmental and empathetic when I described my worry every month. I was doing well with our refill date we had decided on, until I called to confirm and spoke with Julissa, who was automatically on the defensive ... she told me "I know who you are", not in the nice kind of way, but almost threateningly. Argued with me that I had harassed her to pick up this prescription early. She also stopped speaking for a full minute so that I would hang up. I have worked in the health care field for 29 years, fairly high up on the chain of health care workers. I completely understand rules and laws and agree with them. However, this is not my first encounter with Julissa. On most phone calls, her voice is very defensive, I will say mean, and hard. Every single month. I want to be able to ask for someone different if I can, but I figure she has probably told the staff that I am difficult, although I've never said anything rude or raised my voice. The other techs seem very kind and helpful and friendly. In our profession, you will deal with people that are scared, worried, concerned about their health and medication. If you are not the type of person to hear people explain a worry, or threaten with "I know who you are", or can't speak politely....then please find a job where you don't deal with the public. I enjoy every person at this CVS except for Julissa, who I can only label as cruel. One of the managers I spoke with about it, ( not Jimmy), knew who I was talking about and said that this has been brought to their attention many times and she herself has heard Julissa and how she speaks to patients. Please help Julissa understand how to work with patients in a kind and understanding manner, or ask her to transfer to a different CVS job where she doesn't deal with the public. Unfortunately, I'll have to refill my medication again next month. I can only hope she doesn't answer the phone. Thank you for reading this, I truly hope that this may be able to be resolved, I know I'm not the only one. I should mention I come here because of insurance.

The staff seem to be hard workers who care about your needs. I always get great service. The pharmacy is usually very busy. Yesterday a clerk went out of her way to get me my $8.00 extra bucks. I am grateful to have a store close to me with medicines and supplies that we need. I love the self checkout.

Every time I order prescription here they don’t have in stock for the commonly used medications. Also the staff is not helpful at all. Every month I run out of medication even though I order 5-7 days before.

This pharmacy will cancel your perscriptions even if legally they are supposed to fill them. They treat everyone like drug addicts for wanting to fill their medication a few days early and want you to be completely out of medication before re-filling.The clearance section for air filters was 75% off. I wanted to come back with my mom to pick some out, however the deals change every Sunday. This was not posted on the clearance items. The management just says " I just work here. I don't control that stuff" She's a girl I believe her name is Katherine and when I asked for other products similar that are on sale she brought me to humidifiers.I've have some sort of problem almost every time I try to buy something here. Perscriptions are canceled, withheld, and the pharmacists act like doctors; their job is to full the perscriptions and stop harassing patients by canceling orders without leaving voicemails, and will accuse you of taking more than perscribed immediately. Unprofessional and I can't WAIT until my insurance allows me to use a different pharmacy.CVS pharmacy is unprofessional and I would rate it as the worst pharmacy chain Due to their difficulty in obtaining perscriptions, as someone with extrreme anxiety, it just leads to wanting to fill perscriptions as early as possible to not run out of medication but I get treated like a drug addict at any CVS I go to. Horrible management.

CVS needs to staff the pharmacy better. Every time I come to pick up my parents’ prescriptions, there is always a long line and the staffs were all running like chickens with no heads. I just feel really bad for them. And I hope people will be patient with the staff as it’s not their faults. And CVS, DONT BE FREAKING GREEDY and treat your people better!

Worst experience ever! Called three times and I was HUNG UP on twice what a waste of my time. I then drove in and asked to talk to the Pharmacist who explained “the drive thur answer button is next to the call in button” that is the most bogus comment. It that is a real issue then that is an issue of training or a mechanical issue of coloring that buttons! Then the short staff excuse. Guess what my time is valuable too, we need and deserve better service. Other people warned me about this CVS location and I should have listened. No thank you to poor service.

I’ve been to many cvs and this is one of the worst cvs I’ve been to. Every location I go to have great worker. The one I encounter today was rude. I wouldn’t recommend this cvs .

The pharmacy is TRASH!! They answer the phone to just hang up. They loose prescriptions. They hate calling the insurance company to get info. I hope they never have to use their own services. Send them to training because the while team is trash, a big pile.

This is the WORST cvs location! They don’t open on time and will have you waiting nearly an hour to open. I called while standing outside and the worker told me they were having electrical issues and I told him I’m standing outside & the lights and everything seemed to be working perfectly fine. Still refused to let me in. Also, this location closes like 15-20 minutes early and they will straight up look at you and tell you no from coming in. My advice: GO TO WALGREENS they actually know how to open on time and close at the allotted hours. I’ve had enough with this location. I’m contacting whoever I need too because this is ridiculous.

Worst CVS ever! I have been going to this CVS for over 20 years. I don't know who is in charge there, but their customer service absolutely sucks. Completely rude over the phone. They act like they don't need Customers. So completely disappointing. Their drive-through takes a ridiculous amount of time. I waited second in line for 15 minutes. I ended up leaving without my prescription. If they are going to do Covid testing through the drive-through, they need to come up with an alternative plan for those who just wanna pick up their prescriptions.
