I recently visited this CVS and had an outstanding experience thanks to the Lady with the head wrap I think she’s Indian , a cashier. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made my visit a pleasure. Thank you, , for going above and beyond. Management and others I have encountered are kinda of dismissive to customers even the store manager he’s not very nice but everytime I go in there that one lady is sooooooo nice and helpful

Came here a few hours after Hurricane Beryl passed. This is where my wife has all her prescriptions filled for 10 years now. They had power and were open, wow right! But not the pharmacy. My wife spent three hours in the ER during the hurricane and needed four prescriptions filled. So I kept looking for an open pharmacy. NONE in all of northwest Harris County. Hundreds of thousands of people and no pharmacists could get to work even if there was power. The Starbucks across the street was even open. Don't get me wrong it was still not an easy drive, I get it. But pharmacists are important. So, my wife spent the night in pain, throwing up and unfortunately without electricity. This morning I was standing at the pharmacy door waiting when it opened. No one else in the store. No one at the drive thru. They took the prescriptions and told me it would be 2 hours. I explained everything to the tech. He said sorry. I asked to speak to the pharmacist. She came out and I explained again. She told me other people were in the ER during the storm and needed their meds also. I look around and said their not here right now, I am. She said it would be ready as soon as it was safe and call. My wife is crying on the phone to me. What kind of health-care professional is this. I will never come back here or to a CVS ever. This place is the worst!

The location 5603 FM 1960 is horrible especially the pharmacy and the pharmacy manager was horrible and don’t care about how or when you get you meds, I pay the $5 a month to get my medication delivered, what ever company CVS hired didn’t deliver my medication, it was picked up and returned to to store within 10 min, my original store didn’t have the medicine in stock so it was transferred to this store and it was a horrible experience. I will never shop or get my prescriptions filled at this store again. The manager at the pharmacy I dealt with was an Asian guy that was very nonchalant and rude with no help at all.

Worst customer service at the pharmacy. The gentleman who answered the phone today at 3:30 pm after being on hold for 20 min had an attitude and acted as if he’s doing me a favor. I inquired about a pending refill thru the drive thru that I keep getting messages about and I was told he couldn’t fill it because it was over the counter and shut the drive thru window on me. Today I receive a message regarding said prescription and I called to ask if they will fill it only to get a snappy response that he needs to deactivate it because “like discussed, it’s over the counter” then immediately hung up.

Most incompetent people working at this pharmacy. Do not trust these people with your medications. I really should blame myself because there have been several times I've had an issue with them and i keep coming back. From closing early, or giving the WRONG medication, to over billing me!! Seriously today is the last day. It's just the closest pharmacy near me but I'm over it now.

they keep calling me everyday for some random person’s prescription that is not mine. I tried calling twice, to let them know that whoever’s medicine is ready it does not belong to me, and was put on hold for 20+ minutes each time and eventually gave up. I hope if that is your prescription that you get your meds and switch cvs or go to costco honestly because the people who work at this store obviously do not care about their jobs. if you can’t answer the phone, don’t have a job that makes you interact with people. I bet there are some janitorial jobs out there for you!

Went to the pharmacy to drop off a coupon, the clerk said I needed the prescription. I informed him that another pharmacy had the prescription. He said I had to get the prescription. I left and call the other pharmacy. They informed me that CVS has to call to get the prescription from them. So I go back to CVS and buy this time, I’m irritated because the CVS clerk fully knew that he was supposed to call the other pharmacist. When questioned about his handling of my situation he became rude because I pointed my finger at him and all I was doing was identifying him as the person (because I was speaking w/ another clerk) who would not take my request. I told him not to worry I would just go to another store. He told me to do that then, because I shouldn’t have pointed my finger at him and I was wrong and I told him he was wrong for not helping me. I think this was a deflection because he did not do his job.

I would give this place a -0 is possible. Absolutely horrible. Please don't go here whether you have insurance or not. We scheduled and appointment for a vaccine and it got cancelled without no reason. While we were there waiting I scheduled another one. They made us wait over an hour even when they knew that the appointment got cancelled without cause. When the pharmacist went to apply the vaccine there was no information of side effects explained or receipt of what was being applied. We then waited to get our vaccination card and absolutely no one knew what they were doing. To the pharmacist that is what looks like the head please don't ignore people when they are asking a simple question. You are there because of the customer but if y'all treat them like trash no one will want to come.

I have lived in this area all my life. I’ve come to this CVS quite frequently. Corporatization definitely took place here. It has lost its small-town, feel and hospitality that comes with that, I used to know everyone that worked here by name. There are self check out kiosks and I do have to say it is better organized but it’s lost the personability. So, if you just want to grab some thing For convenience and be on your way, this is the store. Selection wise, they have upped their game.
