Never really had a problem with this location. In and out quick. Workers never acknowledge you upon entering but it doesn’t matter I use self checkout anyways. Also not the best selection of drinks in the fridge section, it's always half empty each time I go. My problem recently was I tried to offer a coupon of mine to a lady (because I never frequent cvs enough and the coupons expire) and a worker darted from another aisle and rudely interrupted and said “ don’t do that thanks” I understand if she used her phone number it wouldn’t accept a coupon from the account with my phone number (I use to work there so I know this) but to not even let me? Chill guy it’s not that serious, also he seemed like a manager so maybe do better for your store.

So I ordered Marc Jacobs Daisy off of DoorDash and they gave me Mark Jacobs Daisy “Dream”. It’s a promo so you obviously can’t just return the perfume or you forfeit the item. You should be able to exchange it.. WHY because it’s their mistake. Of course when I called they did not accept accountability and placed the blame on DoorDash and then refused to take it back claiming I needed to return it which let me know. The person who worked my order obviously had no idea how to handle it. I took it to another location and they took care of me and exchanged the perfume properly.
I will never shop here again. Please stop messing up people’s orders and blaming DoorDash. YOU SUCK.

Went to this store a few times and the store manager said her name was Ashley I asked her name because every time I go there she refused to use my coupons or she would say oh I don't see any here. So I give her my coupons but she refuses to take them.I am a black woman always carry myself well. I think she doesn't like black women. She is so disrespectful I will never put my foot inside this ever again.

Came to use the bathroom and there was no employee in the entire store to unlock the bathroom. Because of this I did not buy what I needed either.

The hours are so inconvienient. 10am is late, when people are sick and have been to the hospital or urgent care having to wait until 10am is not good. Ordered medication 6 months ago and never got it. They kept saying they would text me updates and never got one!
