Hello- I will also send an email, but I wanted to discuss my experience at the pharmacy. The tech, Javon (name that shows on my receipt), seemed to be highly irritated. He was speaking loudly to the customers (which is hugely abnormal when you go to a pharmacy), and he was dismissive, which is abnormal in this setting, as well. While I was checking out, it prompted for consultation- he skipped the question and did not discuss anything with me. I am happy my doctor went into extreme detail about when to take the medicine because following the instructions that were printed on the prescription is COMPLETELY inaccurate and that is concerning if you have customers that are following the direction of this pharmacy. I hope you look into this matter because this could have a huge impact on someone. I will NEVER return to this pharmacy again.

This is the worst store ever, you call their number and sends you to nowhere, is there anyone that works at this store that can possibly pick up a phone call. Go to Walgreens

The new “confidential voicemail system” to keep you from talking to a pharmacist is the last annoying, unacceptable, pitiful remedy cvs is trying to test in its customers. I guess not enough locations have been closing yet.

Horrible management the new store manager is either never there when trying to apply for a job or he states he is not in the system . Like cvs should not hire anybody not in the system he is highly unqualified in my opinion I have way more experience I bet . I went up there several times and called he just gives you the run around and I think he discriminates against blacks !

It was easy to schedule an appointment. I needed assistance asap and I was not disappointed. The staff was very polite and my appointment started on time. I was very satisfied with everything. I will use CVS minute clinic again.

Blocking enterance talking employees when I’m passing .they don’t move while trying walk with my cane to get my cart prefer talk to each other and keep blocking the enterance( rude employees) add no customer service
