Absolutely terrible pharmacy. Takes days for rx to be filled. Try to talk to pharmacy staff & they just place you on hold indefinitely. Don’t waste your time using them.

Emily was so freakin nice and helpful!!!! I spent quite some in the store trying to find the right product for my skin. She checked on me to see if I needed any help and reminded me that I could use my rewards for a particular item. It’s so nice when someone goes that extra mile to make sure the customer is ok. I don’t see much of that these days everyone is always in such a hurry or act like they don’t want to be bothered but her kindness reminds me that there’s still a few decent people in this world. Keep up the good work Emily ❤️

Only leaving one star cause of the lady Shirley that works there. Has it not been for her I'd have called corporate on the manager that I overheard talking terribly about the same lady that that took care of me. Erin I think was that managers name. Do better Erin.

The only reason they get any star is because that's the only way I could comment here. I just had brain surgery and cannot type a lot at this time but I will be back!!!!!!! DON'T GO TO THIS PHARMACY!!!!!! IT'S TERRIBLE IN EVERY WAY!!!!???

Make sure you don't go to this store when the managers are about to leave because Emily the manager that was working on this day refused to answer any questions because she was clocking out not trying to go to this store I understand they want to go home but how does a store want customers to go back if they don't have good management at least the other workers where nice meaby they should give the other workers that want to work her job some people really need to pay bills

Only reason they get a 1 is because I can't give it a zero. My pickup orders were picked up. They dont know who picked them up. This is odd because I always get id'd. Store manager refused to talk to me. This sounds like an inside job.

They can't be worst. It is sad, how you guys treated people. The fact that I never see a manager around. The pharmacy area if full of RUDE AND SUPER YOUNG UNPROFESSIONAL creatures.

I didn't want to give any stars. The pharmacy is the worst. They never pick up the phone they leave you on hold for almost an hour. If they do finally pick up they pretend not to hear you, they don't even say hello but they hang up on you. Take your business elsewhere.

The most unprofessional and unorganized pharmacy I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. I have called the pharmacy every couple days for the past TWO MONTHS to speak to someone about my prescriptions and was left on hold indefinitely every single time. The customer service is lackluster, their lines are always ridiculous.. take your business elsewhere.

I absolutely love CVS this is the only pharmacy I use. Other pharmacy I always seem to have issues with my prescriptions. Never any problems with CVS. I love I CVS .

This Phamarcy is under staff and always a long wait at the drive-thru then a tech tell me I denied the prescription when they never called me or text me. This place has very poor service to customers. I will not take my prescription there again!

Not sure what seems to always take so long, the line inside is as long as the drive thru. There are a lot of workers back there, it seems like it might be some more training that needs to take place to make sure everything is running efficiently. The workers I have encountered have been nice but did seem overwhelmed. The girl who helped me today was repeating to her supervisor (I’m assuming) all the things she “had to do if she had time.” Meanwhile there was about 9 people behind me and they just kept coming. I could sense her frustration and even then she was able to help me get a lower price for my medicine. I really appreciate that. There definitely has to be something that can assist them in running more efficiently so they can have a better work environment.
