Always gives me incorrect cost and I have to deal with that every time!
ALSO cannot get a live person and impossible to speak to pharmacy or pharmacist… all you get is a recording. Worst CVS I have ever dealt with!!!!!

I got sick and doctor sent my prescription to this location on Wednesday July the 24th and I went to pick up she said not ready we are out of stock and it will be ready on Friday but today is Tuesday and I still didn’t get my medicine, very disappointed.

I sincerely wish I would have read the reviews on this location before ever gone there. About 2 weeks ago I went to pick up my Novalon N prescription. I was told to have a seat. After 30 minutes of waiting a different employee at the pharmacy informed everyone else that I had indeed been waiting for 30 minutes. Then they finally checked for my prescription and found they were totally out of the medication. I asked where was the nearest other location they check their system and told me there was some at the South Dairy Ashford store. I was told to go there and pick it up, however they never notified that location that I was coming. I went there and that location had absolutely no notification from the Westheimer location that I was coming in to pick up the prescription. That second location call Westheimer location can they finally sent the prescription over. I have another prescription for Buspirone, of witch I am totally out of, I called three different times and no one ever answered the phone and I was on hold for exactly 1 hour per call. On my 4th phone call they finally answered and took the information I received no notification for a pickup. Yesterday I personally went in and inquired as to the status of my order. The person I finally spoke to totally ignored my request and did not put anything in their system in order for me to get my medication. The only excuse they could give was they were short-handed. When your short-handed and cannot provide for your customers as you should you need to close your door and have your customers go elsewhere, and that is exactly what one employee stated to me "just go elsewhere" he recommended the location on Wilcrest.
My previous resident was very close to a CVS and I had wonderful wonderful service I was looking forward to dealing with this location in Westchase. Boy was I wrong.

I hate this location to the highest extent! They are rude and give people the run around on their medication.

I came to pick up my prescriptions from this location. I paid for them over the app and not even a minute later, walked inside to retrieve them. The lady at the counter(glasses, with blue eyes and brown hair) tried to charge me yet again. I told her I paid for them a minute before I came in and showed her the app where I had proof that I paid for it because the app itself said “no future prescriptions” and she didn’t take my word for it. She said “I have no reason to lie” and I then turned it back on her AFTER showing her proof and said “I have no reason to lie, and your system is being slow” I know this for a fact because my system at work takes about 30 minutes to process an online payment. I’m not going to get charged a second time after making the payment for my prescriptions online. I don’t appreciate her trying to make me pay again, and her saying “I have no reason to lie” was unprofessional. Especially when a customer showed PROOF at the screen where the payment option would show. And it didn’t once I SHOWN her the proof and didn’t take my word. She needs to be retrained and learn to talk to customers in a better manner. Charging someone again for something they paid for is not okay and something that needs to be addressed.

Completely disappointed in the service at the pharmacy. The lady was very rude
When she told me to back later for the medication, because she was busy and that she had 16 overdue orders My doctor called her by the phone because, they didn’t receive the notification by email of the prescription.and the lady said as if she had nothing to do it.
Conclusion she doesn’t good manners to resolve situations.

Absolutely awful pharmacy service. So slow.
Been in drive through with two 20 months old for an hour with only 4 cars in front of me.
After I complained about the delay, they said my prescription will be ready tomorrow!
I guess they decided to punish me. Shameful

Horrible service .. as I was visiting from out town .first was the white guy that followed …me as I shopped for lashes (needed some real quick left mine home ) . Mexican woman for some reason felt the need to scan my items at the self checkout… bad vibes in there

This location has the best customer service from the pharmacy to the front of the store staff. I'm always greeted when entering the store by a friendly person. While shopping staff is willing to assist you with finding items. I've never felt like I was being followed or targeted while shopping, unlike other companies. The manager is polite and professional. This is my local store and it's a joy shopping in this establishment.

Manager on duty black guy came in just to load my money was to lazy to count ones I have worked at cvs and Walgreens there’s no such thing as we have to many ones when there’s a safe in the back and a money counter

Every time I go to my CVS pharmacy the wait is only a couple of minutes. If I come unexpectedly they rush to accommodate me and are so kind and friendly!Additionally, the pharmacists are knowledgeable and have given me helpful advice! Chris is a great resource for customers and he’s never too busy to answer any questions I have!
