They've made some changes to their automated phone system and now it's impossible to get through to anyone in the pharmacy. So Frustrating!! I'm considering transferring my prescriptions to a non -CVS pharmacy.

Just got off the phone with a very rude rep from the pharmacy. Apparently she is doing us a favor for being asked to simply do her job and nothing more. Remember, our health is on the line. Please STOP this non sense. All we need is to get along with our life's as much as you do!

I just can’t leave the parking lot and not making a comment about this CVS location. I wish somebody from corporate/executive could randomly show up and “shop” here. Insane!! Colleagues have attitude and even cuss out when checking out…not to mention pharmacy drive thru. I think this hall crew needs some intensive training on how to train people and learn how to, at least, smile and listen to what customers have to say. I mean it…not my first time coming to this location because is my closest one and there’s no one single day that I come and feel happy utilizing their “services”. Hope somebody that can support this team/location read this review and do something about it!

Misplacing items in areas that are reflective of the wrong price and the items your lead to believe different when u Check out items a completely different price and customer service will not give a explanation or help just ignore u and charge u the wrong listed value
