CVS vs. Walgreens? CVS has one bathroom that men and women use. I had to quickly take my 4 year old little girl to the restroom, and saw a door labeled Men Women. The restroom was filthy. I would never let my child sit on a toilet like that. I told her we would go outside by the car. She was able to hold it until we reached Walgreens. CVS - let's have some etiquette please? Are you making shopping experiences for families or supporting a political agenda? It seems to me the ladder, when you make one bathroom for all and walk into displays of gay pride and men dressed as women. For me and my family, I will never shop at a CVS again. The bathrooms are genuinely disgusting.

Terrible. The pharmist Quan was verbally abusive, rude and very impatient. Actually requested that he not speak to me in that manner and tone of voice. Will never ever go there again. CVS needs to train its employees in better customer skills.

pharmacist are rude and not willing to help I will no longer be a customer of CVS after the pharmacist ROLLED HIS EYES AT ME when I tried to get a prescription at 7:59 then proceeded to roll down the door looking me in the eye

Sat in drive through behind 1 car for 15 minutes. This is after I came back as they were closed 30 minutes for lunch earlier. And this was after I came earlier and my prescription wasn’t ready.

Better experience today. Walked in the door at 7:40 and out the door at 7:48. There were 2 ladies and a man working. No one in front of me. Took them a while. After the 2 ladies who didn't help the man whom I assume is the pharmD helped and he had a better personality. They do work long shift so I guess that's why the ladies are sour and basically just ignored me. They really want to shut the place down I guess. If I can get off work earlier the afternoon people seem to be the nicest. Glad the pharmacist guy was there to help- or else I'd prob be standing there for 20 mins being ignored then told it's closing time

After 20+ years of CVS, we are making the switch to H-E-B pharmacy. The CVS pharmacy department has consistently been unhelpful and rude, and I’ve had enough. The store employees are exemplary, but whoever is running the pharmacy, I wouldn’t trust to manage a Subway in a strip mall.

I went here and asked for medicine for my allergies, they said it’s 8 PM(I came at 7:58 PM) and when I tried to just ask them if I could quickly buy the medicine, they just walked away and closed the pharmacy windows. I have severe allergies and I’m not coming back here again. Thanks a lot CVS.
