I just had the worst customer service experience and I have no idea why. The person working in the front was outright mean.
She refused to check me out and told me to use the self check. Then when I needed help she made me start over, insinuating I was not smart enough to manage it myself. What the heck!

Every time I came to this pharmacy the system is down. My son needs medicine and thankfully it wasnt urgent but I can only imagine if someone has an urgent need.

Excellent service received this morning. I needed my blood pressure meds filled due to another manufacturer from another store making my really sick and they really helped me out getting it ready expediously. Thank you CVS Pharmacy Staff!

Horrific pharmacy!! Very poor service, ill informed pharmacists that have great difficulty communicating! The pharmacy and pharmacists only communicate if they choose and require customers to leave a message! Even my doctors office was put on hold and then asked to leave a message at 4:50 on a Friday while I was at the pharmacy. There were no other pharmacy customers in the store or at the drive through! Unbelievable! Really really disappointing! A big change for this pharmacy location! We will be changing pharmacies!!

This CVS at 6532 San Felipe is alright for minor shopping. The employees were friendly but the selection wasn't great.

I think its wise to have someone in the front at all times. The self checkout had a issue giving my change and there was no assistance so I left and had to leave without my change. Pathetic!

never have I ever had a single good experience at this CVS in the two years that I’ve been coming here. I’ve decided to switch pharmacies, because I’ve had nothing but rude and unhelpful people when I try to pick up my prescriptions. They make you feel stupid for no reason, and they all seem grumpy and miserable with life.

I visited CVS store to get one thing and came home with more items. The staff was very helpful and explained a few things at checkout. Great staff and customer service.

CVS vs. Walgreens? CVS has one bathroom that men and women use. I had to quickly take my 4 year old little girl to the restroom, and saw a door labeled Men Women. The restroom was filthy. I would never let my child sit on a toilet like that. I told her we would go outside by the car. She was able to hold it until we reached Walgreens. CVS - let's have some etiquette please? Are you making shopping experiences for families or supporting a political agenda? It seems to me the ladder, when you make one bathroom for all and walk into displays of gay pride and men dressed as women. For me and my family, I will never shop at a CVS again. The bathrooms are genuinely disgusting.
