I was is severe pain and don't appreciate the run around I barely could Walk get rid of them useless workers they don't deserve to be pain.

I had an awful experience at CVS with the pharmacy technician, Chris. He was incredibly rude and unhelpful, acting like it was a huge bother to answer any questions or assist me. I've never encountered such poor customer service, especially when you're already feeling sick and need help. It’s really disappointing when someone in a role like that makes you feel worse instead of better. I won't be returning to this CVS if that's the kind of service they’re offering.

I switch from CVS do H-E-B long time ago recently I went to emergency room doctor suggest using them because it was after 5:00 and then the only one still open oh that was a big mistake they don't have my medication I'm stuck I never have that problem with H-E-B remind me why I hate CVS

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at CVS Pharmacy. Their posted closing time is 8:00 PM, but when I arrived at 7:53 PM to pick up a prescription, I was shocked to see the staff already closing up and lowering the blinds. Despite being clearly visible and explaining that I just needed to pick up my medication, the staff member dismissively told me it was already 8:00 PM. I checked the time, and it was still only 7:59 PM. To make matters worse, the employee rushed out of the store right at 8:00 PM without any regard for the inconvenience caused. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I will be reconsidering where I get my prescriptions in the future.

Today I go with a smile and very friendly as I always am to look for the person at the checkout and ask for help with some photos. The lady was very bad-tempered and too rude, Nisiquera let us talk.
Madam, some advice that you didn't ask me for, if you don't like your job, please look for something that makes you happy, because with your attitude you give your clients a very bad experience.

While waiting on the pharmacy to open this morning I had the unfortunate experience of interacting with the store manager Rosie. She was unprofessional, unprepared, and flat out rude when asked a simple question. After making my purchase, I asked for her first name and in return was giving the fale name of Rachel. Where has the professionalism and customer courtesy gone for this location? PLEASE DO BETTER!

24hr cvs. Took a while to get my refund. Spotted 2 homeless at the parking lot. The curb right outside their door is broken. Everything else seems in order.

Terrible service!! I pay for my carepass to get my discount benefits, but when I went to the checkout I don't know why it didn't appear when I swiped my card, and an older cashier who spoke Spanish approached me very rude, I told her my problem and they just canceled my order. Then I tried to make my purchase alone and the same problem occurred. The rude cashier never tried to help me, she just came up and canceled my order again. I definitely won't go back to a CVS again.
