First time visiting this location and was greeted as soon as I walked in. Had a kind sweet young lady named Kim help my find what I needed, she also was friendly helping me at the self checkout. 5 ⭐️

The pharmacy had excellent service, but today I went looking for a Face mask for a child and I asked if she had one. The girl said no. Ok, so I told her where the others were and I went to look for it. I couldn't find it. Then I asked her again and I couldn't find it. She wasn't able to lift her buttocks from the corner where she was sitting to help me find it. She just stayed on the phone! They should evaluate their employee! Then I went to Walgreens, I crossed the street to look for my face mask. PM shift.

Larry is an amazing patient lady. Godbless her. She patiently helped me out with such a difficult issue with photos albums I ordered from a picta one minute app that were defective they had no customer service no number no working email and didn’t send me a receipt . She took her time and went far above and beyond calmly and patiently . I cannot appreciate her enough. She is the best customer care service I have ever come across in Houston just because of her no matter where I move to I will be coming to this cvs location . Thank you so much Larry. You deserve more than a raise . Extremely patient and calm and made sure everything was sorted. Very respectful very demure. Bless you. Thank you

Short staffed and the wait times are longer than would be expected at a typical CVS. Only 1 employee for the whole store that has to look after the self checkout. This is unacceptable

I want to commend Ash on her kindness, thoroughness, and professionalism. She was a delight to interact with and was helpful in resolving my issue. I know how busy retail pharmacies can be - especially considering their impacts from the hurricane, but Ash delivered quality care and was easily accessible!

The lady with an accent lacks customer service. Could not help with a simple refund when i had my receipt and unused item. went to another location where they were glad to help me. Very inconvenient.

I go here all the time and won't stop going, however....when I see a store associate mistreat an elderly man I need to say something.Please teach these younger folks to treat the older generation with respect when it comes to technology. The self checkout is foreign to them and they get frustrated. All he needed was for you to take the time and use the register to get his free item.
