The girl with the eye glass and black hair with gray long sleeves and black leggings December 31 2023 5pm is very ruede and STUPID and gave us so much Hassle!!!!!. I went there for my prescription and she said there's none. So we went to other CVS in hillcroft to try if my prescription was there. And the guy we talked to hillcroft branch said "your prescription is in the beechnut branch did you went there? " and i said yes. And the guy said "whats wrong with the people in that branch its very simple it's not a rocket science"Yah right!!! Salute to the guys in the Hillcroft branch ... He transffered my prescription from beechnut to Hillcroft.

Terrible treatment at the pharmacy, mainly a dark-skinned lady because I don't speak English, she treats me very badly, even my presence bothers her, it is discrimination and humiliation, it was my turn and she attended to those who were still behind me, people like her should not have a job who said that you can mistreat someone for not having the same skin color as you, much less for not speaking English ??

They are very rude. The lady with the scarf assumes that I’m very dumb. I think I’m not from a country like hers. None of the people there are nice. They all have nasty attitude very rude. Very mean I have changed my pharmacy location. I will not be coming here ever again.

They are very rude. They are so mean I've changed my pharmacy location. I will not be coming here ever again. The lady with the scarf assumes I'm very dumb and I from a different country other than hers who knows I may be in the same from the same country like her. Everybody seems always angry. It is not a friendly environment to step in the store and come to the pharmacy to pick up your prescription.

The Black lady work at this location at pharmacy is so rude and disrespectful and always make excuses we can not refill right now came tomorrow or a day after I pick up medication for my whole family since five years at cvs but not anymore

I went to pick up my photos and accidentally gave my married name instead of my maiden name. Then I typed in the wrong phone number for my CVS rewards. There was a lot going on, but still despite my own issues, the woman behind the counter (Tiffany maybe) treated me with grace and respect. I appreciated the interaction.
