Went in to get two things..I sparaticly shop at CVS. I went in got my two things..Went straight to the cashier..I said Hi!! The cashier gives me a dry hi..Which is fine!!! I typed in my number and waited for them to be applied.. What was not fine was her taking her time to ring me up then claiming it wasn’t her and then after applying my coupons I saw that I only owed .36..I was about to use my card when I thought I have coins..The cashier recited that my coupons were applied and I had a difference of .36..I didn’t say anything,I just gave her my change and as I handed it to her she says oh you have change. I waited to for her to bag my items..To which just let them sit in the basket..Noticing my expression,she ask oh you want a bag?..I was over this transaction and just grabbed my two items which were two gallon size green teas!!!..Thank you for reminding me of why I rarely shop at this CVS,let alone any.

Had my UPS package delivered here (last time i'll be doing that) and I get an e-mail that it's ready for pickup. I head to the store and the cashier at the front tells me they don't have my package. Told her it had been signed for by Gabriel she said "Oh yeah UPS does that because they know he's the store manager" and to come back tomorrow. I happened to see boxes on the opposite side of where she was looking and I asked if she could look at those and maybe my package was there. She said UPS hadn't been in the store today and I just happened to see the logo of the store I had ordered from in one of those boxes and of course I left the store with my package. It's honestly not hard to take a look at a different stack of boxes instead of telling customers to come back another day and waste even more time since their check-out lines are at least 10 minutes long.

All pharmacy employees deserve a big air hug. I spoke out of place and Ms. Martinez Rph respectfully remarked and as I walked away I realized I misheard her. My bad! Every pharmacy in Houston is overworked [walgreens and others]. I sure hope this helps.Blessings 7950 Gessner

Excellent service, especially when it is with a coupon because other stores get upset because you buy with a coupon and in this case it is the opposite, they treat the consumer well
