I just left CVS. Y’all really need to do better with how the workers treat customers. I said excuse me three times to the worker at the cash register in the front and she walked away just looking at me. She turned around, looked at me again and I said excuse me she goes yeah what do you want? I said excuse me I know you heard me she goes yeah not a hello nothing rude young girl Very disrespectful. I don’t know why y’all continue to hire people like that. We don’t know how to treat customers so unprofessional so rude

The pharmacy lady is so rude and not even the pharmacist the actual worker! She’s so rude everytime I come it’s always something with her!! She needs to be fired or working somewhere else not dealing with people! My family says the same thing everytime! She is too grown a d old to be acting like a child! Very rude she makes me hate that pharmacy so much if you can make the drive somewhere else I hope they make changes real soon!

I hadn't been to this CVS in a while, so I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and uncluttered the store was. I found the items I came in to buy (I had checked the website to see if my items were available) and they were. Check out was quick and easy. In the past there was always a long line and only one register open.

Horrible pharmacy staff that is rude and unhelpful. Lines are very long with minimal staff. Save yourself a headache when filling prescriptions and go elsewhere.

As far as the store being clean, we'll stocked with friendly, helpful staff, it's just fine. However, the prices at CVS compared to absolutely everywhere else are beyond ridiculous. It's not just "high priced" it's "unreasonably high priced" A box of Kelloggs Raisin Bran was $9.76! Gallon of milk $5.99! Just about everything is around 50-70% more expensive than its competitors. My mother has prescriptions filled there and if it wasn't for that I wouldn't even step foot inside let alone spend even a $1 at such a ludicrously over priced business.

So from the moment I walked in, these guys were so pleasant. They are the nicest most helpful group of pharmacist I have ever seen. Debbie, Sanja, and Jack. I even know their names if that tells you anything. When you come visit them, you'll see why I was so impressed. Great crew that works exceptionally well together. My new favorite pharmacy. Easily worthy of my Forced '6 Stars' rating! ******

Today at 5:54 pm. (10-6-23) Female cashier was super rude and answered with attitude. I asked to give me a price for a product and told me to use the machine while she was texting on her phone. Product wasn’t scanning & asked her for help and she got annoyed and told me just to scan it. I told her again to help because it wasn’t scanning and she told me I wasn’t suppose to put the product that close to scanner. She had trouble scanning as well but anyways that’s why I asked for help because I had never used it before but instead of being nice and helpful. She made a customer feel dumb. Never going back again.

Angie at the pharmacy was the worse trying to explain to her at the window my son has is own insurance and she wasn’t trying to hear me even tho I was trying to give her his insurance card to make her job easier she was still trying to charge me for his meds and cutting me off smh

Better customer service, I had my entire family turn their backs on Walgreens over customer service issues, in fact is the Walgreens almost next door to this one, less rudeness at the pharmacy would help, you had a floater pharmacist that kept telling me I was wrong when I know I went to see my doctor in July, and he was telling me my prescription was from April, if I had recorded this conversation we would be talking different terms like a law suit. But do to the demographics of this area your staff thinks they can talk to anyone in different manners, in the end my doctor was wrong which I kind of figured that’s what it was. But your entire staff including your store manager did not know his name. They just referred to him as a fill in guy in the back , the pharmacist with no name! Amanda was polite, but didn’t get the answers I needed.
