CVS is my best pharmacy, I love going there, and I have been to several but the one located on Fucua Street is the best, the cleanest and most importantly it has the best bilingual, friendly employees and I always find everything I need, the Mr. Juan Adame, who runs this store, is the most attentive person I have ever met, he always has an answer for any question.

Went in this morning to try to load my card Hispanic lady with pink lipstick said "their systems been down for 4 days" I think she didn't want to load my card I just loaded my card yesterday. Weird energy. Won't come back to this location.

My medication has been there for almost a month waiting to be filled! I have been following up and akl they say is that they'll order it but there isn't a guarantee that they'll get it! Well that's what they told me 3 weeks ago! Today i actually get an automatic phone call stating that it's been ordered! Why haven't i gotten that call before if they ordered it when they received the prescription! They have so many DUMB excuses. I thought i was doing better moving my meds from Walgreens but i see that i made a mistake! This is sad that you're providing an essential service to the public and you drop the ball this way! DO BETTER

The store is clean and well stocked. The employees are wonderful. I do have problems with the pharmacy not receiving orders from doctors sometimes. But overall a positive experience.

this is the second time I’ve been in this particular CVS on Fuquay looking for a certain product and again there shelves were hardly stocked and they did not have what I was looking for. I’m not surprised. also I was in a huge hurry cause I had my mom outside so I thought Little did I know she came in the store so I was still in a hurry bouncing from different aisle to aisle and then back to where I started anyway I think the lady was suspicious of me because she called security and they came out. I was on drugs but I wasn’t ? find out my mom was in the store and when I told my mom right in front of the lady I was in a hurry cause I thought she was outside, I bet she felt stupid. I hope so anyway. I’m a grandmother And I don’t look suspicious!

Called today and the you g lady was very nice and took the information for me over the phone she was very patient and understanding don’t mix this location up with the other on west Fuqua Wer the customer service is none existent

If I could give zero stars I would. The pharmacy is a joke. Waited in the drive through line for 30 mins waiting for a prescription and got to the front and they closed the gate on us not giving me the prescription after waiting 30 mins. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional.

Pharmacy manager (her picture is on the wall) is very lazy and condescending. She looks down on her fellow workers and acts like shes the top boss. She sees the other pharmacist needing help and lets them struggle rather than assisting them. It always starts from management so if the management is bad the team cannot succeed either.

The manager, Elizabeth ---- in Pharmacy is extremely rude, and needs uptraining in customer service. Very irresponsible, unprofessional and provides an unpleasant experience when you come into the pharmacy. I wish I could go back to Walgreens. However if you need to report a complaint the number is 1-800 SHOP CVS. Maybe then they will put more effort in their job!

Pharmacist is extremely rude. I recently moved and I am now close to this location. He refused to answer basic questions. He refused to to let me know if my prescription was in stock before I transferred from my other CVS. He also hung on me. I now drive an additional 10 miles to pick up my prescriptions. He should not work anywhere involving interactions with customers - especially those that are already dealing with health issues.
