My beloved wife Marilyn Navarrete passed away on May 16th. I miss her so darn much. I tank everybody at the CVS branch located on Fuqua St. at Blackhawk, for all the awesome customer service and kind support. I'm very sad, but grateful for the many years of professional and very friendly

To the Asian lady who picked up the phone and chose not to listen to a confused consumer. (I was wanting to clarify if this was the correct cvs as Google was showing THREE CVS on Fuqua. And instead of trying to give me clear feedback she dismissed me and hung up the phone.

Went to drop off a prescription I needed. I gave them my ID & Insurance card then they told me it’d be ready after a few hours. I got a call later from them explaining the meds and also that they don’t take BCBS and that I’m expected to pay out of pocket. Why wasn’t this told WHEN I gave them my insurance card?!

The pharmacist at this location treats patients horribly for trying to pick up their medication on the date listed by CVS on their app or via text message. Both my wife and I have gone to pick up medication after being told by CVS that it is ready, only to be treated like drug addicts because it is one day earlier than 30 days from the last refill. On multiple occasions, they have also completely lost my prescription after I received the text message that it was ready and, as a result, I had to have a new one sent over. I would strongly advise people to go to literally any other pharmacy if you can.

CVS is my best pharmacy, I love going there, and I have been to several but the one located on Fucua Street is the best, the cleanest and most importantly it has the best bilingual, friendly employees and I always find everything I need, the Mr. Juan Adame, who runs this store, is the most attentive person I have ever met, he always has an answer for any question.

Went in this morning to try to load my card Hispanic lady with pink lipstick said "their systems been down for 4 days" I think she didn't want to load my card I just loaded my card yesterday. Weird energy. Won't come back to this location.

My medication has been there for almost a month waiting to be filled! I have been following up and akl they say is that they'll order it but there isn't a guarantee that they'll get it! Well that's what they told me 3 weeks ago! Today i actually get an automatic phone call stating that it's been ordered! Why haven't i gotten that call before if they ordered it when they received the prescription! They have so many DUMB excuses. I thought i was doing better moving my meds from Walgreens but i see that i made a mistake! This is sad that you're providing an essential service to the public and you drop the ball this way! DO BETTER

The store is clean and well stocked. The employees are wonderful. I do have problems with the pharmacy not receiving orders from doctors sometimes. But overall a positive experience.
