Came back 2 hours later after calling and confirming my prescription is ready. And guess what, been here for another 30 min and it is not ready.

Check your online orders. The manager at this store has instructed employees to give customers different products when they don’t have what customers originally ordered just to avoid refunds. This is theft.

One minute clinic visit was fast and easy. Was able to pick up my meds from the pharmacy. Bought some same Easter chocolate on the way out. Everyone was very friendly

Not bad. I came to this CVS by Galleria to pickup my online order. Employee was prompt and store was lit up at night. I would come back again.

I came here to pick up my online order. It was hard to drive this CVS at Galleria from west side. I got here before closing time. There was no traffic. The process was simple. It didn't take long to get my package. I just didn't like the information was handwritten on the bag, unlike other store printed out. This store got my last name on the bag and searched by my last name. Other stores use my first name and last name initial. Okay. The store is quite big because it has a clinic at the pharmacy. I shall be back to do some shopping next time.

I parked in the lot and had to do something on my phone before shopping. After about 3 or 4 minutes the security guard just stood by my car watching me for 15 minutes. Doing my shopping somewhere else

"Regrettably, my visit to CVS Pharmacy was far from satisfactory. Issues with insurance processing, unfulfilled promises of a quick medication pickup, and a last name mistake causing a 30-minute delay left me frustrated. The suggestion to pay instead of resolving the insurance matter was disappointing. Improvement is needed in service and communication. Additionally, a concerning incident occurred when the staff member claimed to return in a couple of minutes with my medication. Instead, she closed the shutter, stating that nothing could be done through insurance. She suggested I pay in cash to receive my tablets. This dishonesty and pressure to pay out of pocket further added to the disappointing experience."

The pharmacy pick up the phone and tell you wait. And never come back! Go to other stores! They will let you to wait for more than half hour for a phone call!

This is a terrible pharmacy. I had to go back 3 times for the same medication because they don't know how to run insurance and expected me to pay for their incompetency. They never update their system so the app is never updated. They never call if there's a problem or question. I get the feeling these folks feel like all powerful gatekeepers of medicine. Service is far superior at Costco pharmacy if you're looking for an alternative.

Made an appointment for a covid shot.The technician, Maryam kept me waiting. She gave the vaccine to others, and then she told me she ran out of the vaccine. She could have told me that before she administered the vaccine to the two people in front. Disorganized and rude.

Zainab in the pharmacy has the worst attitude I have ever had to deal with as a consumer. I was patient with her eye rolls and smart remarks the entire time but i had enough. I asked for someone else to help me and as I’m explaining to the pharmacist what happened the entire time he’s ignoring me and walking away. I just got out of the hospital 4 hours ago and I’m literally standing there in pain having to argue. I was even nice enough to say hey i will come back and get the last one if you don’t have it ready because i know they were about to close. The girl didn’t even know I had 4 total prescriptions. Then comes back to the counter to instigate and repeat things I was saying. I’m like I don’t know if you forgot but you’re at work. This was my very first GHETTO experience at this CVS pharmacy and I’m very disappointed. Like throw the whole team away ( besides the one girl who was minding her business who Zainab snatched the last prescription from because she was mad she had to ring it up again). Like girl how you mad because of a minor issue at YOUR JOB.
