Manager gave up too easy. I went to pay my rent and manager accepted my money and put it in the cash register. The system rejected my payment and when I asked manager to retry she stated it would just do the same and reject it. Didn’t even try to accommodate me. Short changed me by 20 until I bought it to her attention. Went down the street to the other CVS and no issues ( which is my normal CVS) Will not be back to this CVS they give up to easy.

If I could give zero stars I would. CVS is awful. Over the last 10 years their customer service has gone from barely acceptable to awful. Pharmacy associates will lie to you.

I want to give store #7475 zero stars. No cashiers available. “Manager” insulted me, argumentative, raised his voice and refused to help me. I am transferring all prescriptions and will never enter CVS store #7475 on Kingwood Dr again. Walgreens can have all my business going forward since they hire cashiers and train their employees on how to have respectful interactions with customers.

On 4/2, at around 8:30 pm, I was picking up my husband"s medicine, and the guy in the drive thru said it was not ready in 15 minutes, so I went around and waited in the parking lot and went back in line and there was 1 car ahead of me and when I moved forward the blinds were closed because it was already closed and I was in line before 9pm. And I can see them inside hurrying up to leave. Didnt even bother to acknowledge. This is not my first incident of their unprofessionalism. Very poor customer service.

This location has poor service.
They will hang up on you.
A male agent hung up on me 5x. He didnt even bothered to ask my needs.
It took them so long to process my prescription meds.

This review is specific to the pharmacy. I ONLY went to this pharmacy because my local pharmacy did not have my full prescription and they recommended this one since it was close and they had enough to fill my prescription. Upon arrival to the store the pharmacy would have closed in 15 min. There was a line so I waited. Get to the desk and explain the situation and that I only needed 14 pills and I was in pain. The pharmacy tech was sweet and tried to help but the pharmacist told me “There’s nothing I can do for you we’re going to close. Miracles don’t happen over night. If you want it tonight go to the W.Lake Houston Parkway location.” So, nonetheless I won’t ever be using this pharmacy for any reason. I know it won’t do much to their business but, if you’re thinking about switching or using this one don’t. Go to the W.Lake Houston location-they are wonderful!

The pharmacy techs and pharmacists helped me get my sons medicine after an emergency room visit. It was late, other places were closed. I am very grateful.

I came in a tiny bit before 2:00 am to go get a syringe for my son’s cat and some candy for my son since his cat got sick and I wanted my kid to feel better.I just got off work from working at the medical center and I was super exhausted but I guess being in an anime black hoodie and sandles counts suspicious looking so the employee decided that they are going to stand there straight looking at me while I pay for my items in the self check out.I get that it is late but there was literally two grown men in the store that were shopping and I felt like I was getting interrogated by the employee just standing directly looking at me. Even asking me what I do for a living?Check me out with my items then.Look to the side somewhere and scope.Walk by and ask me how my day is doing and be friendly?I have worked retail before so I get it but also customer service here. Cmon.Being behind me and directly standing towards me and able to see my numbers even to unlock my phone I am sure is straight up over bearing to me.I have lived here for 8+ years now and I am irked.

CVS changed the pharma I was receiving on my medication from Leading to Aurobindo. I am concerned after reading this about Aurobindo:And despite repeated Warning Letters and violations of FDA regulations, as well as multiple drug recalls, Aurobindo continues to supply Americans with potentially unsafe drugs. Aurobindo earned roughly 47% of its revenue from U.S. drug sales in 2022.
